All staff at the hotel were great, very attentive, friendly and went out of there way to help with anything you needed. A real calm & relaxed feeling about the place. Great breakfasts

The hotel is beautiful. I would have given it top rating if the following didn't happen (see the"didn't like" section).

I normally don't write reviews for hotels. But I feel that I have the responsibility to let the potential customers of this hotel know what I have experienced here.On the day when I was supposed to arrive in Menorca the airport was closed due to a storm. I had to land in Palma de Mallorca instead and took a ferry to Menorca the next day. After arriving in the hotel I communicated with the reception staff for the possibility of refund for the first night. After consultation with his supervisor he confirmed that the hotel agreed with the refund, but since I booked through Booking.com I had to contact Booking for the refund. And so I did. The next day I received a response from Booking saying that the Hotel didn't give them greenlight for the refund. This was incident No. 1.The hotel sent me a message through Booking.com before the start of my holiday offering airport shuttle for 140 Euros each way. I have booked for both ways. But due to the storm I couldn't take the shuttle that was booked (I believe the company didn't actually send a car to the airport due to it being closed). On the night before check out, I asked the reception whether they would charge me for the shuttle for the first half of the journey. The staff confirmed that they would not charge me, as the service wasn't provided. The same staff was handling my check-out and issued me a bill with only one way of shuttle service. Her colleague/supervisor then came over and said the bill was wrong and I had to pay for both ways as this was what was booked. So that was it. I paid 280 Euros for one 50-minute ride. That was incident No. 2.My shuttle to the airport was supposed to be at 13:10, three hours before the departure time of my flight as recommended by the hotel. However, the hotel has booked the shuttle for 13:45, which would be 35 minutes later than what they have confirmed. This was incident No. 3.

The personal is really great! My room was upgraded when I came. They recognized that I have a birthday and the bottle of wine with best wishes was left in my room! I feel really welcomed in this hotel.

Very good breakfast, lots of choice. Nice size bedrooms with balconies.

Solo traveller airport transfers: only an expensive taxi or chauffeur service were offered by hotel reception. Fine for couples or parties of more than 2 but expensive if travelling alone.There exists a cheap shared airport bus transfer (it picks up from lots of hotels in resort but not this one). Staff could have explained that this was an option but from a nearby hotel/bus stop.

Easy to get to by number 52 bus from Cuitadella ( a trip of 20 mins). Quiet yet cosy feel with rooms facing the pool in a quadrangle; we could walk to the pool from our ground floor room.

A very relaxing stay with no music and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

- staff is very pro active and smiling- the swimming pool area is great- the beds are really comfortable

- Some shows start too late.- Afternoon there is no offering of program by the swimming pool, would be nice to have an hour of sometbing

Location great, hotel and rooms immaculate. Staff friendly and can’t do enough to make your stay fantastic. Rooms are clean, comfy beds. I stayed bead and breakfast so can only say the breakfast was outstanding can’t comment on lunch and evening meal as did have.

Arrived at 11am didn’t get room until just after 3pm. Asked a few times at reception, staff were fantastic but I couldn’t understand why when cleaners/maids knew we were waiting they didn’t do our room rather than other rooms no one was waiting on. I appreciate there are procedures but would have made our holiday if we had g had waited so long

Good location and overall good hotel. Nice facilities and amazing pool. Other than this nothing specific to write home about - which leads to the question on value for money.

Whilst breakfast has a decent enough offering, eggs were consistently burnt. All food made it look as if “they couldn’t be bothered”. One of the mornings I also heard a waitress mocking another guest who had asked to make a complaint (not sure what the complaint was about but her voicing things that way didn’t give the best impression). Last, on two separate days our window to the garden (and we were on ground floor overlooking the pool) was left unlocked and open (even if we ensured to lock it before leaving)… staff seemed uninterested when we asked them to be mindful, twice.

Overall we had a great week away at this hotel.Breakfast - good selection and good quality.Pool is great, comfortable loungers.Dinner, Overall good quality. The high ratings & reviews on food set a high expectation which on occasions proved slightly disappointing.

Evening entertainment was average and poorly attended so lacked atmosphere. It’s a small, quiet hotel with nothing in particular to dislike.

Bedrooms need updating to incorporate a walk in shower.

First time doing an adults only holiday - we were not disappointed. When we arrived we were offered a welcome drink (orange, water or cava), the check-in was smooth and efficient with all the hotels facilities etc. explained in detail. We were then taken to our excellent terrace room by the porter. We quickly showered and headed to the incredibly peaceful pool area with plenty of free beds (same all week) and NO LOUD MUSIC - Brilliant!!!! The Hotel food is excellent and we opted for HB. All the staff are polite and attentive - we will be back! PS. Make use of the daily free shuttle bus service to Ciutadella.

The staff kind and helpful (especially the restaurant staff). The room was so clean and the hotel was silent.

Just scrambled eggs was not good.

The hotel is located in a nice area, full of resorts and facilities but very quiet.The hotel itself is very quiet and clean.The restaurant is absolutely top.

The only thing we were a little upset was the fact that the shuttle bus to ciutadella (offered by the hotel) was only at two timing in the morning.

Maybe not directly on the beach but only a slight thing Maybe a shuttle bus into Cuitdella at night. Could this be arranged?
