Old but well maintained

There was no parking or WiFi as advertised

Location.

Cleanliness (caught two cockroach!), at the end of the day when we got back the apartment would smell bad, two noise at night and difficult to park nearby. The property needs a complete refurbishment!

Every night we had a visit from a few large cockroaches which perhaps require more pesticide but for us it wasn't a problem and we didn't feel the need to report at the time.

Location was mint, aircon worked a treat, and beds were super comfy

There’s not enough parking, so we have to parking in the street of the hotel and we got a fine for that. Wi fi doesn’t exist, very bad connection. The apartment is nice but need some improvements, when we arrive the light of the bathroom wasn’t working, the fryer pan was broken. When we put the bin bag out, nobody replace the plastic bags, so we always had to go to the reception and ask for a new one. Doesn’t worth the big amount of money we pay.

Dirty, Smelly. Uncomfortable beds, holes in curtains , bedding smelt musky, wifi never worked .....what more can I say apart from avoid avoid avoid

Simple...we didn't like the hotel.

The location was excellent. The pool was also great for the kids and adults.

The rooms are very old and bed was not comfortable. Breakfast was also not good. Wifi was poor

Great location, two beaches within 5mins walk, availability of swimming pool and tennis courts within the hotel complex

Excellent value for money but would have appreciated if there was a beauty kit upon arrival - the first thing we had to do was buying a hand soap

The pools were great for the kids. The staff were very friendly and quickly resolved any issues.

The ground on the smaller pool was pebbly so sliders had to be worn at all times which we learnt after three of the four children with us got blisters on their toes. The sink blocked which meant that it made loud noises for three nights which kept me awake then it finally flooded the apartment while we were out.

Swimming pool, cafe and the location were nice.

Facilities were old and might be updated.

The staff were the nicest and were really helpful and the location was great. Really close to a swimming spot.

The mirror in the bathroom was not clean when we arrived, the sink was really loud at times and woke me up, the timer of the AC did not work, the walls were very thin and you could hear your neighbors easily. We took the option with breakfast which was an additional 10EUR per day. This is not worth it as most breakfast options are under 10EUR (unless you order 3 times). I would recommend not paying for breakfast in advance. We chose this place because it looked nice and was one of the cheapest options but if I am honest, I would have rather go somewhere else and pay a little bit more. The price we paid was not worth what we got in my opinion.

The internet doesn’t work the shower was broken the keetle was broken and the tv didn’t work

The apartments are a large complex on the end of the main road ar eas delphines.its five minutes from all amenities including supermarkets, shops, live entertainment and a small beach.its very quiet at night and attracts families and couples.Noisy folk are quickly dealt with! The apartments are largely located around the pools but the ones outside have sea views.

Los Delphines has a scooter hire shop and there are annoying bikes racing up and down on occasions on the main street

Wifi was shocking even moved rooms and still no internet

Price was cheap. So we didn't had too much expectations. Lucia at the restaurant was very helpful and very niceKitchenette was quite well equipped.Locatiom was great. Short walk away from great sunset viewpoint.

Would preffered buffet breakfast over a la carte.We had to switch room after just one night as th bathroom hasn't been working.Can't say much about quality of food in restaurant (except breakfast) or pool as never used it.We had sheets and towels changed during stay but floor was a bit sticky and you could feel sand on itAnd Wifi of course, non existent.

Great sea view. Pool was nice. Apartment nice. Staff nice. We had a lovely stay.

Kitchen wasn’t very equipped. We managed but a few more bits and pieces would help.

Bad

Our experience in hotel was very disappointing. 99% of the time internet did not work. There was no toilet paper most of the time so we needed to ask for it. Apartment had extremely old closet in bedroom and had horrible bad smell. There was mould in the bathroom and this smell of mould was spreading all over apartment. After asking to switch room with better one, they had one available, but conditions of present mould were the same. They just used a lot of perfume to mask it. We do not recommend this hotel at all. Staff of apartments also did not reply on our previously sent e-mails, making excuses of receiving too many emails daily.Suggestion to hotel. Considering full occupancy of apartments, that you invest in renovation. Placing new closets does not cost a lot, also restoration of mould doesn’t. It's unhealthy for people to stay in areas with mould. And for staff, a little more niceness wouldn’t harm anyone.

Meals were very good ! Fresh, tasty and delivered with a smile ?

Not a lot. Have stayed before and always happy at Los Lentiscos.
