Location, room, breakfast but especially, staff, very kind and professional. Another excelent point is that you can’t hear your neighbours TV.

Almost nothing. It’s a bit annoying to find parking around, that’s what it takes when you stay in a downtown hotel

Great location just off the square which is the entrance to the old town and very close to the bars and restaurants in the marina as well . Breakfast was very nice and the lady running the hotel was so helpful

Nothing all good

From start to finish the s experience was excellent, the location is perfect to explore Ciutadella and all the cool bars and restaurants around the area, the hotel is very well looked after, clean and lovely decorated. Great choice on breakfasts including juices, coffee, pastries and savoury and sweet options. But the very best of our experience was how lovely and caring the staff were, super attentive, helpful and interested on making our stay as pleasant as possible. Definitely a place to come back when in town.

Everything was lovely

Fantastic hotel boutique in the heart of Ciutadella - very nice and clean design, fantastic patio. The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful and they helped us with beach and restaurant recommendations. The breakfast was fantastic and gave us the chance to try traditional Menorcan pastries, cold meats and cheeses. Would repeat with no doubt.

The room was a bit small but had all the facilities you need, including aircon, fridge and the bed was super comfy

Difficult to park the car. The bathroom is not in great condition and the water pressure to low.

Hotel reservation really helpful and provided clear guidance when arriving Saturday evening with all being well set up already. My request with twin beds also specifically well arranged without extra payment. Breakfast included with great foods and the hotel staff is super helpful on everything!

Maybe upgrade hot water for bath in winter time? Think for sure that’s fine during summer….

Amazing location but was loud at night. So if you are looking for a good night sleep this is not for you.

Unfortunately there was building work happening during our stay - which started at 8am

The room at Mon was good, and the location was great. They offered up a delicious breakfast everyday and the room had great AC, and it was hot out so we needed it. Buses to get around are at your doorstep so if you want to use the bus to go to the beaches, but come back to town for the night this is a great spot. All in all a solid place to stay. I would stay here again.

Modern, thoughtful design and decor made for very relaxed surroundings. Hotel is ideally located with street parking readily available. Breakfast choices were good and staff were very helpful in offering gluten free options.

We had hoped to have dinner in the well rated restaurant but were disappointed to discover when we arrived that it was closed for the duration of our stay.

The staff are extremely welcoming, very well decorated comfy beds and great breakfast highly recommended , the hotel also is a great restaurant with incredible food.

The cutest place we stayed in. It was a delight for the eyes, they put a lot of thought in the details of the room. The breakfast was stunning. Nice shower. It is right in the middle of Cuitadella, just perfect to explore the city and the harbour.

The property was not shown upon checking in. very noisy!!!! Closing doors in the building is a nightmare. even on the second floor you can hear the main entrance door closing. Breakfast was poor and sometimes not very organised, depending the staff on shift. Staff not present at all times. While we were waiting for our shuttle, people were coming to check in and we had to open the door as property was deprived of staff, not even answering the calls.
