Lovely breakfast area. The location is spectacular. The room is pretty and has everything we needed.

Parking can be tricky, so be sure to follow the instructions before arriving. We tried to wing it.

Parking and valet situation

The property is ideally located in the center of Ciutadella, with a convenient free parking in proximity to use our car daily around the island. The staff is incredible, with a top notch concierge service. They have a place as well 15 minutes north of the city, with pool, beach access and a chef where we ate a great Paella with fresh farm to table food, Relaxing time outside the city all part of the hotel properties ! Luca was very attentive and kind to give us a great experience.

Boutique hotel. Feels super luxurious. Staff was extremely friendly. Rooms were very large. Location is great and town is easily walkable.

Hotel is split across multiple buildings which can be a bit weird for a solo traveller. Not quite prepared for a late check in (10 pm). Considering the price - seems overpriced but perhaps that's all hotels on the island.

This hotel has beautiful architecture and a fantastic location. We had a room with a stunning view of the temple. The staff were absolutely wonderful - very friendly and welcoming. I’ll definitely come back again!

It would be great if the breakfast menu became more varied and the quality of the dishes improved.

Comprehensive range of produce for breakfast. Staff very accommodating and friendly. Beautiful decor. Lovely outdoor location for meals with provision for alternative if rainy/cooler weather. Lovely personal touches for special occasions. Beautiful warm pool. Bedrooms quiet with a secluded feeling.

I never write reviews but I felt I had to for this as the staff really were exceptional! The palace was beautiful with five pools in total varying in size. I would recommend having a massage I had the hot stone and it was one of my best massages make sure you like firm pressure though. Book the cave spa at the hotel you can use this as guests for up to an hour a day if it’s hot you will want to be there!Location was amazing literally you are in the town so if you want the local nightlife it’s on your doorstep. The town is Lovely and clean lots going on and of course there’s the port where you can easily book a boat for a day trip. We will be back! Excellent all round and I haven’t even mentioned the food…. What a lovely surprise that was so good we had dinner at the hotel three of the five nights we were there!

AMAZING hotel. Staff (especially concierges) were wonderfully helpful and friendly, always happy to answer any questions. Breakfast was delicious with many options and great coffee in the beautiful garden. Solo room had spacious bathroom and closet, and access to the second "palace" was serene and beautiful. Private yoga lesson below the cathedral was a highlight.

Immaculate room, excellent and friendly service. The breakfast was a perfect way to start the day. The indoor pool was enthusiastically utilised by the children and the sauna/steam room by my husband and I.

Beautiful property, staff were all fantastic, from the moment we checked in they all wanted to make our stay as enjoyable for us a possible….the cocktails in the library last thing amazing also breakfast lovely

Very, very little to find fault

Phenomenal stay in ca'l Bisbe. The room was impressive and well appointed. It was nice having the private courtyard area with views of the Cathedral. The Turkish bath was excellent and the underground pool and steam room made it special. The stay was a surprise for my girlfriend and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They also organised flowers and a complementary bottle of cava as an engagement gift. The service was exceptional and the manager came around to speak to each guest at breakfast and even apologised for the rain!

While it was great that there was a gluten free roll available for Gluten intolerant / allergic people it makes them the poor relative compared to the tremendous offering otherwise available. It would be nice to see an improved GF offering at breakfast. Using tamari instead of soy sauce would also help at dinner.

The hotel is absolutely stunning with the most beautiful interiors. A hidden gem as it is in the centre of the city, it really has it all. Not only was there two outdoor pools, 2 spas, beautiful gardens for breakfast and dinner, libraries, hidden corners… this was really an experience I didn’t expect! Made better by the really attentive team, who also provided us with a wedding champagne which was a lovely touch!!Couldn’t recommend enough and can’t wait to be back.

This beautiful hotel is centrally located wih great access to the port and the town centre ! The breakfast is delicious and a good variety of hot and cold . There is a comprehensive buffet too.

The hotel is very nice, in the center of Ciudadella and has an excellent location. It is renovated and completely integrated with the Menorquin style.

Apart from the manager, who is attentive to everything and takes care of the needs of the customers, the rest of the staff seems insufficient and very superficial. Those details that a relais & château certainly boasts are missing.

Loved the location. It was absolutely gorgeous. Excellent breakfasts. The staff was extremely helpful, cheerful and kind. The manager made a point to introduce herself to us, and every new guest, on their first full day. It was very classy.

Couldn’t get a lounge chair by the pool, and we tried for three days. Guests should be asked not to store their extra belongings on a chaise so someone else could use them.

Stunning hotel, beautiful restaurant courtyard for breakfast, extremely comfortable beds, rooms spacious, stylish and very quiet. Central location and magazine worthy pool areas. Staff great and very friendly.

While the reception, housekeeping and wait staff were fantastic, service at the pool was areas non-existent, by the end of the day the pool areas were messy with towels left out and drinks and food left uncleared for most of the afternoon. No staff available to order drinks when we were at the pool. No staff at the spa area either so when we went to our booking slot we had to find our own way.

The property is extraordinary, beautifully renovated rooms and lobby, everyone was super nice and helpful, breakfast were delicious. Despite being a five-star hotel, the staff is very discreet in their desire to help. No one hovers over you or fawns over you. Brilliant localization - just around the corner of the city center. Highly recommended!
