Close to the town centre and easy access to restaurants and bars, the shower gel was really nice

Exceptional!!!! Very nice hotel! Brand new, nice rooms, super clean! Loved the design of the rooms as well! We got the room with huge terrace which we really enjoyed and spent a lot of time there. Room has everting you need - fridge, kettle (upon request), fancy cosmetics and comfy bed. HIGHLY recommend this hotel! Owners are very nice and helpful!

Location in adjacent to the old town is excellent; good breakfast and charming staff.

Accessing the hotel using app at the last minute proved stressful esp with no staff at the hotel. Furnishings in room were basic and minimal.

Perfectly located in the heart of the town. Really fresh in feel, it elevated us every time we would enter the property. Very clean and staff was very pleasant.

Beautiful property, restored to perfection. Very generous breakfast included. Kind, helpful, and thoughtful hosts. Would highly recommend and will stay again if back in Ciutadella.

Although beautiful, the shower was very impractical. Didn’t affect our stay but had to be careful with slippery bathroom floor.

Hotel lobby was beautifully decorated, with lots of art and books, room was spacious and clean with modern amenities. Friendly staff allowed us to leave luggage after checkout

It's such a cosy hotel with only couple of rooms which made our stay very relaxed and special. We loved the design and the location was also excellent. The breakfast was delicious and prepared with love. Thank you!

Stayed in a suite 2 adults and our 13 year old. The property is immaculate and stylish. Perfect location. Perfect room. Recommend this property it is honestly truly wonderful.

The misleading advertising… the terrace on the 37 room isn’t at the same floor, is upstairs

Breakfast was buffet style with a member of staff there to make drinks if required. Nice choice. It's a table for eight which you share with other visitors. A small fridge in the room was good.

Tea and coffee making facilities in the room weren't available which would have made it better.

I guess I should have expected this but not the facilities of a regular hotel. Woken one night because the jazz music which plays during the day in the ground floor public area had been left on.

Location could not be better for access to old quarter .. located just outside in front of a large plaza .. Our room was large and bright with high ceilings and big windows overlooking the plaza but it was so quiet and it was decorated simply but beautifully .. provided a calm oasis any time of day .especially in summer heat , it stayed cool .Access in and out of the small hotel was easy with a code but when Pierrangela the owner was there which she was most mornings she always greeted us with the most delightful energy and smile and was so generous in sharing her suggestions and insights .Staying here definitely made our stay in Ciutadella all the nicer !

Beautiful small boutique hotel perfect for our stay. Excellent service. Delicious breakfast. Spacious rooms with balconies. No problems with the keyless solution. Easy and fast response from the reception. Amazing ambience. It is located just across a nice little piazza. All though it is not categorized as a 6 star luxury hotel, the hotel had everything we needed. (I have never given 10/10 rate before).

The location was ideal for visiting the historic centre, our room very comfortable and the buffet breakfast very good. The staff were very friendly.

We were slightly disconcerted that there was no manned reception, but we managed OK with the emailed access codes to the hotel and our room..

Maybe the lights a bit low over the breakfast table. My partner bumped his head 3 times on the same light I thought it was funny it was early!!!

Modern boutique hotel, very well maintained, super clean. Perfect location in the center of Ciutadella, with easy parking right in front (this differs from other hotels in the center and is very sufficient!) Great and friendly staff, always smiling and being nice! Breakfast looked great, prepared and served by the owner every morning! We will definitely come back to this place once we visit Menorca again!

The hotel is beautiful and decorated with a great taste. The owner of the hotel, Pierreangela was delightful and she gave us many great tips. The breakfast was delicious, the owner kindly provided good vegan options and lovely tea tastings. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Ciutadella and ideal to explore the rest of the island. We had a wonderful stay at Sodium Boutique Hotel and we would definitely come back again.

The overall decor, Outdoor space, and comfort.

Needed a full length mirror, easy addition. If there was no outdoor space it would have been very small.
