the fan no wind is like display only, and then no scoth brite and only one pan, no cutting board.

The staff was lovely and professional (shout out to Judith for her great recommendations), the room was functional and the residence ideally located.

The bar/restaurant is tragically dull.

Location was perfect and the pool was awesome my kid enjoyed so much

The double bed was not actually double. There were two single bed combined in one, they had tires and every time when we sit they moved one to other direction.

The apartments are very tired and unclean, they have not changed, been updated or decorated in years, more effort is required to encourage people to return.

Outside area was brilliant, clean, good size pool, lots of sunbeds , bar with fantastic staff!!

Rooms, dated, in need of modernisation . Lack of oven can make it difficult for those staying with kids- you can’t make pizza or chips ?

We liked how close the apartment was to the bus station for Ciutadella and how close it was to Cala n'blanes beach. The apartment was nice and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. We appreciated the frequent fresh towels and room made up every three days. We appreciated the luggage storage and pool/shower usage after checkout time. Staff was friendly, helpful and spoke many languages (Spanish, English and Italian). We had no trouble with check-in or check-out.

We didn't like how poorly aerated the room was, we kept both the balcony and hall doors open to try and get some air moving but without much help. The only way to sleep at night was with the large fan, unfortunately. Furthermore, even though we appreciated our room being made-up, the maids knocking on our doors at 9 am sharp was not. We could easily hear the other bloques and when the maids knocked on theirs as well.

Facilities so poor, poor cleaning rooms before giving to the guest, insects on the walls etc . People from Booking are not welcome in this place , they give the poorest rooms and the worse treatment like don’t let checkin before 3 o’clock. When people who does the booking straight with them they can checking as soon arrival

Lovely and clean, we booked a studio but were given a one bed apartment ☺️, quiet location but within walking distance of bars and restaurants. All staff very helpful and friendly

The employees at the restaurant were all very nice. Food was tasty.

We had the half board, for breakfast we had to choose one option from group 1 and one option from group 2, which were not very varied and we could not repeat. For drinks you could pick a juice and a coffee, again you could not repeat them. For dinner it was similar, we could choose one option from the appetizers and one option for the main course, or we could pick two options from the appetizers. This time the options varied a little each day, but usually didn't have any vegetarian options. Drinks for dinner were not included. In these terms I don't think the half board was worth it.Free wi-fi was only available at the common areas, in the rooms you had to pay extra.The beds and pillows were bad, they looked old and the beds creaked just by switching sides and were not comfortable.

Lack of cooking utensils

The pool is great, quite large and its kept very clean. There are loads of sunbeds available so there is no issue getting poolside. The food in the bar is decent but it does close about 2pm only to open later in the evening. The apartments are also very near a beach (300m walk to cala n blanes) and there are some decent restaurants within walking distance.

There is no air conditioning, while this would have been fine if there were ceiling fans in all the rooms, only the bedroom had a ceiling fan which meant the living/kitchenette area was like an oven. We had to leave the front door and patio open to allow a cross breeze, but this lowers ones privacy. The table fans provided were inadequate, they would blow air about 1 foot. Its surprising as the reception has A/C.The décor is very basic and tired, the rooms could really do with an upgrade. It was like being in an apartment from the early 2000s. The finish on the walls was also very tired, the plaster was coming away from the walls. Ground floor had an ant problem, but this was remedied by asking reception for a can of ant spray.

Could've had more vegetarian options at the restaurant, was very limited. Could get a little bit noisy as you can hear people outside. and no wifi in the bedroom, you have to pay for it. Had a lot of online meetings and it was a struggle.

The place is very old and without the AC it’s complicated to ‘’survive’’ during these last hot summers.

The pool and general outside area is beautiful. The bar has many options for food and drinks.

The rooms are extremely outdated. There where roaches in our room when we checked in. There’s no AC and there’s only one very loud ceiling fan in the bedroom. If you want to have wifi in your room you have to pay extra
