Hotel Abril 37

It felt like home. Loved the outdoor space and the lobby area where you could help yourself to coffee tea etc. Not too far a walk and very quiet (except for some other guests !)The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful.

As two friends sharing the privacy was tricky for the loo and the shower.

The receptionist could not do enough for us and gave us an upgrade to the ground floor room which was bigger and with garden access as the upper floor room was small. There were coffee and tea making facilities out side our room with free breakfast cakes which we appreciated. It was was a excellent location with an easy walk to the old town. Comfy beds.

Nice cosy room with a balcony on the very quiet garden. Very nice staff and great location. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Very nice Hotel, very close to the City Center. Paola is a Great Person helping you wherever she can!

Great little boutique style hotel in the perfect location! Few minutes walk to the town centre -resturants,bars,shops & only 5mins from the sea.Staff are lovely, great recommendations for restaurants from Paola.Rooms are super clean with good aircon & some outside space. Our second stay and I'm sure we'll be back?

Everything. Stylish, well maintained, comfortable.Very close to the old city and the port ……easy walking distance. Host/proprietor was exceptionally helpful and kind. Access to tea and coffee, and an honesty bar too …….they seem to have thought about most things.

We loved our stay at Hotel Abril 37. The allotment at the back of the hotel is wonderful, it is clean and quiet, and close to all amenities and sight seeing. Paola was super helpful with everything.

Nothing really comes to mind

Paola is very nice, she gave us great advice for lunch and for sightseeing options. This was the place where we slept best during our stay in Menorca. The garden is awesome. The coffee in the morning was great and the 2 bottles of water as well. We will return for sure!

The location, the friendly receptionist the day of our arrival, the A/C.

Room size. The price. It's not really a hotel (there is no one at the reception), it's more like a house where they rent every room.

Comfortable bed. Quiet street in a great location. The free coffee is a nice gesture.

Nothing to criticise. Maybe a bit expensive for the size of the room but I think that is typical for Menorca

The shower didn’t get very hot

Good communication with the host from the outset on arrival time as not staffed all the time. Very friendly welcome. A genuine urban boutique hotel with character. Lovely garden and terrace. Everything felt chic and trendy, down to the tasteful T shirts on sale in reception. Honesty bar by the terrace with payment on check-out. Easy access to room with a key (not always the case). Straightforward safety deposit box, again with a key. Very good air con and wifi. Superb location only a couple of minutes' walk from the historic centre of the town.

Limited wardrobe space but probably ok for a short stay. See through WC and shower - needs more obscure glass for the WC.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very good communication with Paola the Manager of the Hotel. Room very clean and the rest of the common area too. Very good location. I will recommend it!

Nothing bad to said the only recommendation it’s to try to improve to be more Eco Friendly. We noticed a lot of use of plastic inside the Hotel (elements of the kitchen, toiletry, glass in the bathroom in plastic…)

Friendly and helpful welcome. Comfy, light room with view over garden. Only a few minutes walk to the old town or down to the harbour. Complimentary coffee/tea very welcome. Tortoises in the garden as promised!

location perfect, super clean and facilities perfect for an overnight stay and honesty bar was perfect.

Small and calm hotel with Excellent location to go to the center, restaurants and bars 5-10 min walk. Also, close to buses stations to move around 15min walk. Not fare from plaça des borns if you go before high season, less buses deserving Calas so you can get a taxi on the taxi station is this place.Comfy bed. Nice back garden and common area to have a tea or coffee. Friendly and available staff.

Not much hot water.

location superclose to the center of Ciutadella! and the access to the hidden garden was a big surprise! Paola the wonderful host is so helpful! we would love to come back soon. 5 stars stay
