S'Enclova Petit Hotel

Sebastián provided really clear, friendly communication and information to make sure our stay was comfortable and that we had everything we needed. Fantastically located and wonderful extras like beach cooler bags and parasols!

The location was so incredible, walkable to every restaurant and cafe in Ciutadella. It was quiet, and kept stocked every day with water and snacks. In the common area downstairs, there were extra beach items, umbrellas, recommendations, etc. which was a really nice touch. The parking was close and simple, and the accommodation was a short drive to so many spectacular beach areas.

Just wonderful. The room was well laid out and stylish. The hotel was in a brilliant location in the heart of town but on a quiet street. Sebastian was the friendliest guy, super welcoming. Everyday we had a fresh supply of a local biscuit / sweet in our room and he refilled our fridge with water and beers everyday. There are also plenty of beach equipments for you to borrow, beach bags, bit-bat, umbrellas. It felt unbelievably generous.

Nothing. It was all so so fabulous. Except maybe a couple more hangers and hooks but that is the same on most places!

Perfect location for Ciutadella. Close to all bus stops and the port. Friendly staff, very clean, comfortable bed, daily sweets, water, cola supplies. Will for sure come back.

Stunning hotel with so many personal little touches, including cool bags and parasols to borrow for the beach. Fantastic location on a quiet little street but close to the hustle and bustle of Ciutadella's shops and restaurants. We stayed in the ses Fulles room: bed so big and comfortable, beautiful decor, excellent air con system, coffee and treats in the room, including stocked mini fridge. The host, Sebastián, was so hospitable and gave plenty of information before arrival, including recommendations for food and places to visit. He was also available throughout the duration of our stay if we needed anything! We will 100% be recommending this place to friends and family and we would love to return!!

Obviously there is no pool and not every room has a balcony, but this didn't impact our stay at all (and we knew this before coming!). Rooms were bright and airy despite no balcony and beaches were accessible either by car if you have one or a regular, well-connected bus service.

It’s a beautiful, intimate, efficient and very well located hotel in Ciutadella. It’s in the heart of this historic, vibrant and lively area but far enough to where restaurants and businesses are so you get peace and quiet to have a good rest. Loved how impeccable it was and the costumer service and housekeeping provided. Sebastian and his team were amazingly kind, helpful and provided every necessary detail for our stay which made the whole experience in the island much more easier. We are really grateful for a wonderful stay! I highly recommend it.

Everything was amazing!

The hotel is very nice, clean, beautiful and well located. Easy parking nearby. It offer helpful items to the tourists such as backpacks and beach towels. Friendly staff and great service.

Exceptionally clean, beautiful interiors, very well located in the Citudella. There was access to bea che towels, cooler bags and umbrellas free of charge for beach/exploring days and a mini bar at no extra cost!

This was the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Exceptionally clean, wonderful hospitality and so comfortable.

Sebastian is an excellent host! Communication with him was timely and we felt taken care of. He took care of any needs that we had. We wanted two chairs or the poufs downstairs because it was difficult to sit in bed all the time. He brought the poufs upstairs for us. We were impressed with all the goodies that came with the room- water, soda, cookies, and the coffee pot w/pods, the beds were comfy, the info provided about visiting Menorca, the backpacks and umbrellas. The hotel was nicely reformed just like the photos. A few more details that made the stay wonderful: - having the electronic keypads with our phone number made it very easy to enter the room - without a card or key. Oh, the hair dryer that you did not have to hold the button unlike all other hotel dryers! To have the glass separately the bathroom and the room eliminating the steam was fabulous!

I'm struggling to find anything I didn't like. I guess I would put smaller beds in the room to give more room for moving around. I know that is a big expense so when they are replaced...

We absolutely loved this hotel! Alvaro was so welcoming and helpful, giving us loads of tips for beaches to visit, places to eat/drink etc. He was available on WhatsApp all the time for any questions we had. The hotel is beautifully decorated, simple but effective and very well facilitated with added extras such as beach towels and cool bags provided, complimentary beers and soft drinks in the fridge, fresh biscuits provided each day. Perfect location for exploring Ciutadella, down a nice quiet street but easy walking distance to everything the small city has to offer, as well as the bus stops to explore the island.

The only thing I would improve would be slightly more storage in the room - there are open shelves and hooks to hang clothes, rather than chests of drawers/wardrobes but I can see why they have chosen to design it this way to maximise the spacious feel of the smaller rooms.

Great location, and as many have said Álvaro was a fantastic host. Beach towels, umbrellas and cool bags available to borrow. Great restaurants nearby. Complimentary drinks in the room. Couldn’t wish for better accommodation, and loved the small courtyard outside our room too. Thank you

S’Enclova Petit Hotel was an amazing experience for my partner and I. Alvaro was a fantastic host with top notch recommendations and suggestions. He took the time out of his day to ensure we knew everything we could about Ciutadella and Menorca. Alvaro went above and beyond to ensure our stay was wonderful including complimentary drinks and beach accessories (umbrellas and backpacks).

Alvaro was exceptionally useful and helped us with things we needed, and gave us lots of advice about beaches, restaurants, and other things to do. Perfect location in the old town.

No complaints at all!

Àlvaro was the best host - we arrived early at the hotel (way before check-in time) but that was no problem. Also, he had a lot of tips and tricks to make the most out of our stay (he was non-stop and at any time available to answer our questions in person or via WhatsApp). The room is super clean and the hotel is very central - you are in the middle of Ciutadella. As it is a family/boutique hotel, there is no restaurant and there is no breakfast service but we knew that in advance and that was no problem. Nonetheless, Àlvaro made sure that our mini fridge in the room was always full of drinks and snacks all for free. Highly recommend!

S’enclova Petit was perfect. The host couldn’t have been more welcoming, friendly, and helpful. He gave us lots of excellent recommendations. The room was spotless and had a lovely, minimal design. Well stocked with coffee, soft drinks & beers which were refilled daily for free - a very thoughtful touch! Great location to explore Ciutadella. Highly recommend, and we would love to visit again!
