The whole hotel and the room were very clean and well laid out. The bathroom was very nice with a good shower.The air conditioning was great!!We didn't eat at the Hotel so can't say anything about the food.

Unfortunately the room above us was quite noisy past midnight which disturbed our sleep a bit, but this is not the staff's fault.

The staff were amazing. Really welcoming and friendly. The gym facilities were decent and there is a nice social area. The restaurant and breakfast room was also very nice. The whole place was modern and smart looking.

The room was mostly clean but the shower head was really dirty to the point water wasn't coming out of the nozzles but a quick clean sorted it.

Didn't have breakfast as we were going to a cancer charity run so didn't have time.

Spotlessly clean, good size room, comfortable bed. Centrally located with plenty of bars / restaurants close by. Nice bar/restaurant on site, closed at 11pm. Would definitely stay again. Parking 2 mins away.

Breakfast was a let down. Not much of a choice. Eggs (3) so over cooked they looked like plastic and sausage as a hot choice. Only bread rolls available . For the price I think more choice should be available.

We loved staying in the hotel because it was walking distance from the city centre of Ciutadella. We could easily parked our car in the private parking of the hotel. We also liked it had a spa.

Only 5 minutes from the beautiful old town ,The staff work so hard and nothing is too much trouble . We requested a quiet , triple room away from lifts and people walking past our room and they obliged .A huge special thank you to William on the front desk who made sure that we got a quiet room because we are light sleepers. He always has a smile on his face and was so helpful We also want to thank Didak and Viviana for their hard work in the restaurant morning and the evening . They seemed to always be working !!The evening meal was excellent so well done to the chef (s) ??The only disappointment is the breakfast , there are 4 ‘hot plate dishes’ but only 2 have any food in them - eggs in one and bacon in the other Mushrooms in one would have been an option Sliced hot potatoes in another ?We love tomatoes but they weren’t there as a regular offering .

Good location in Ciutadella and an easy walk down into the old town centre. The hotel has recently been modernised and the public areas are in a very clean state. Can't comment on the gym and other facilities as we didn't use them.

It's a town location, so also a restricted parking area. Not a problem if you're using public transport (the bus services are pretty good in Menorca) but most visitors get a hire car. The hotel offers private parking at an additional cost of 12 euros per night in a location 2 streets away. We chose to park our hire car further out, where it's free, and then walk back in.

Very nice, clean and comfortible.And Ciutadella is nice, quiet. The hotel is 5 minutes from the centre.

Conveniently located walking distance to the old town. Aircon in the room, friendly English speaking staff and parking available (at an additional fee).

Would be great to have coffee making facilities in the room.

Couldnt get the hang of heating... Seemed cold.... Cold and damp bathroom when showering and towels always damp.... Suggestiion.. heated towel rails in bathroom

We stayed in Alfons in November so it’s perfect time to relax and experience Menorca! It was silent and calm. All Staff very nice

Room facilities were great , particularly the terrace. Staff v helpful, bike rental perfect, breakfast exceptional

Very friendly staff!! Great breakfast, there was something new every day (pastries mostly).Great location, close to the city center.The room is big enough, the shower is great.

Poor acoustic insolation, could hear the upstairs neighbor stomping around all night, plus we were looking on the loading dock of the hotel.
