DREAM property with a great facade, very central and comfortable rooms. Loved it!

The breakfast options could be better. We felt there were not so many things and everything was mainly cold.

Everything! We had booked their budget twin room but it didn't feel budget at all! Perfect location,breakfasts great, staff friendly and very helpful with local information and problem solving !This all made our stay fantastic.I highly recommend staying here.

Hotel Artemisa is a true gem in the center of Ciutadella. Isa is an exceptional host, helped us in any way and made us feel right at home. We couldn’t have hoped for a better experience and will definitely come back when we are on Menorca.

We had an amazing stay! Everything at the hotel was perfect, with all the amenities we needed. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. The best part was the staff, particularly Marta! She gave us amazing recommendations for what to do during our stay on the island and was very friendly and accommodating.

Everything was great. The only minor issue was that parking was very difficult. We spent more than 20 mins each day trying to find parking during November (low season). But it didn’t put us off, and we will definitely return again because the stay was so great in every other aspect! :)

The location in the old town is perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely people. We both enjoyed breakfast at the hotel. We will definitely return soon.

This hotel is a little gem! Location, convenience and access to sites and great eating places is excellent, being only a few meters from both. Staff are friendly and lovely and couldn't be more helpful. Marta is deserving of a special mention for all her help and sunny disposition. Hotel is quiet, refined and beautiful. The breakfast simply amazing...

Superb grand old house, beautifully renovated. Fantastic art works everywhere. Incredibly friendly, helpful staff. Marta is a gem!

First time staying in a boutique hotel, it was so lovely the staff were always ready to help and very friendly. The hotel itself is in a central location with a modern comfortable feel. The rooms were cosy, no noise from outside.

the staff is so kind and helpful, the ambiance in the hotel was beautiful. beds are comfy and room is very clear. the location is central.

you don't have a full time staff, so after hours you go in with a code. but you can always contact them by whatsapp.it would have been nice to have water bottles in the room, as we are not sure whether tap water is drinkable in Menorca, and some people prefer not to drink it anyways.

This was a wonderful stay in a lovely hotel. The location is excellent and the bedroom and bed were very comfortable.The breakfast was great (and they kindly facilitated our early departure on the second morning).The staff (Mari Paul and colleagues) deserve a special mention. They were kind , welcoming , professional and friendly. They created a lovely atmosphere and made our stay a pleasure. Very highly recommended.

Artemisa is a beautiful boutique hotel set right in the middle of Ciutadella, it is stylish and extremely welcoming, it is bright, exceptionally well kept and clean with wonderfully comfortable beds and pillows, there is tea/coffee making facilities in the roomalong with free to use safe. The buffet breakfast is amazing with loads to choose from and staff are happy to cook eggs of your choice. Marta is one of the most helpful people I have ever come across, nothing is too much bother and she offers many recommendations and ideas to help make your stay perfect. She is so happy and pleasant but also extremely professional. She is a massive asset to Artemisia as are other staff. There is luggage storage available if needed. This is our second visit and we will definitely return. Ciutadella is amazing with loads of fabulous shops, bars, restaurants and much more - just wander the streets, get lost and then find yourself again.

I would book another room though as, although it was very stylish and roomy, half of the room had sloping room where it was impossible to stand up at our full height..

Breakfast could have healthier options, especially for the baked goods/carby items. Freshly squeezed orange juice in place of pasteurized boxed juices would also be welcome. Nice to have freshly prepared eggs. Room was different than the photos of the room I booked, but all in all pleasant. The space felt oddly empty when reception was empty, which is quite different than the vibe imparted on Booking.com and the hotel's website. May have booked another option had we known this in advance.

Hotel Artemisia has a great location in the middle of the old town, close to a free parking lot. The hotel is full of charm, with a great and healthy breakfast buffet. One of the highlights was Marta, the hotel manager, that contacted us ahead of our arrival to give us tips to get around the city. Upon arrival, she gave us many recommendations for beaches, restaurants and itineraries on what to visit around the island depending on our tastes. Would absolutely come back!!

this is a boutique hotel in a very central location , contained within a sensitively refurbished building.Marta the main host made us feel at home and had great beach and restaurant recommendations . Rebecca assisted and they were top class.

the breakfast selection although varied was very sweet with pasties etc . welome additions would be some extra cereals such as museli and cornflakes . eggs of whatever description were provided , so all in all it was ok.
