Perfect location in the old town, huge comfortable room, beautifully maintained property and really lovely team who helped make sure we had a great stay. Delicious breakfast!

The bar next door played a lot of club music till pretty late but hotel kindly provided earplugs

Brilliant hotel - Our whole stay was amazing and the hotel was a really really wonderful ?The location is perfect in the centre of old town; staff were all super friendly and happy to help with anything; breakfast was really yummy and perfect for my gluten intolerant other half; room was massive with very comfy bed, brilliant rainfall showers and a separate bath; honesty bar was a really great extra and the pool was a beautiful and peaceful spot to chill out by.

Beautiful building in the heart of the old town! Breakfast is taken either in a lovely vaulted room downstairs or out in the courtyard by the pool. The rooms were full of character, large with comfortable beds and modern sanitaryware. Breakfast was varied and plentiful with fresh fruit, juices, yoghurts, pastries, breads, cheeses and meats etc. In addition, there was a cook to order service with eggs, bacon, pan tomate etc. All delicious and different everyday including sweet and savoury Menorca specialties.

Excellent location, actually couldn’t get any better if you want to stay in the city. Maria and Victor were very accommodating and helpful. Honesty bar is unique in my experience and excellent value. Lovely little bar and terrace to sit in. Great breakfast with continental and eggs and bacon cooked to order. All together a smashing little boutique hotel just beside the cathedral.

The rooms are large with high roofs and generous shower and baths. Though furnishings are a little dated but perfectly adequate and ‘period correct’ for the building. Not a problem really.

One night a group of women came back very late and were very noisy. Maybe a notice to reflect if coming in late please be mindful of other guests. Also it would be good to add more vegetarian options for breakfast eg avocado.

Stunning location right next to the cathedral. Large clean and comfortable room, with double shower, bath and double basins.

Unbeatable location, right in the heart of town. Great shower and bathroom.

Welcome was quite abrupt and not very friendly. Bed linen wasn’t changed during a 4-night stay. Soap is watered down. Breakfast as hot and miss although there was a lovely lady cooking eggs.

Very small cons were a stained towel and they refilled the shampoo and conditioners with mostly water? Felt a little cheap for the price

Size of the room, breakfast was great and location right by the cathedral.

The staff was very helpful. They had a breakfast that was free of charge and a lovely patio out by the pool. And they even hand delivered a small birthday cake with a lit candle to my room on the morning of my birthday, which was incredibly sweet.

We loved this boutique hotel so much that we booked it again :) everything was perfect. The location is excellent (the cathedral is right on your doorstep) and the staff are really friendly. We had a lovely hot breakfast made to order each morning that set us up for a day exploring the island. It was the perfect place to stay as there are a lot of really great restaurants and bars in Ciutadella.

We loved the location of this property. It is in the cutest town only a few minutes walk anywhere you may need including the port and shops.
