It was a good sized room, nice kitchen space, comfortable beds, great pool, breakfast and dinner buffet was nice. A convenient location with a short walk to hiking trails, markets, restaurants, etc.

My air conditioning didn’t work… had to open the window and slider door to cool off at night. The refrigerator didn’t keep food or drinks cool.

The hotel’s location is perfect, offering the best sunset view on the island. The staff were kind and always willing to help, even those who didn’t speak English.

- The staff were very kind and agreed to wash my shirt (as I got some grease splashed on me at breakfast) and they tried to remove the stains for me. - Breakfast was OK considering the price per night

- Note that both during the day and in the evening, poor pop/dance music is played on the grounds. There was nothing quiet about this accommodation, despite the website advertising on their homepage that this is the ideal hotel to spend a quiet holiday with your family or partner. PLEASE do not advertise yourself as quiet, this is misleading.- The kitchenette was not properly equipped compared to other accommodations we had on the island. - Furniture was almost falling apart, you can tell this is the type of accommodation that is trying to get as much money out of people without effort or investments.

Lovely peaceful stay - stunning location , short walk into town . Staff lovely , facilities great - had half board good quality food . Excellent value .

This location was absolutely beautiful! The rooms were spacious, clean and relaxing. The views stunning!! The location was close to bus stops to access Ciutadella and a short walk to restaurants in Cala en Blanes. For a small fee we were able to hire bikes from the hotel to ride into town and their included buffet breakfast each morning was fantastic. We will definitely stay here again!!

The only issue we had was the power going out in our unit on the first night due to problems with the air con. The hotel staff were quick to address this and the issue resolved!

Parking was included in our reservation, but when we got there were told that it wasn't, but if we wanted, that would be additional charges.

Location is excellent,nice personnel

Food different,but all the same taste, cook very unprofessional. Not very well maintained apartment .Noise from upper apartment is loud when moving chairs .Swimming pool not heated but very clean,opened only from 12 to 6:30 pm.

We had two lovely ground floor rooms . Spotlessly clean , very comfortable , added benefit of a mini kitchen ( no kettle ) but very handy if wanting to make something to eat . Beds very comfy . We had fantastic sea views & we went half board . Good was fine although a little cold at times . Good choices & excellent desserts & ice cream bar !!! We got this place at an exceptional price . I’d say it’s more 3 star but we loved it & would go back . The one thing that stood out was the staff - exceptional & very professional from cleaners to reception from bar staff to maintenance a great team very helpful . Ps the sunsets are glorious people come from all over to see the sunset here .

Location was nice and well connected to the city center. The hotel benefits from the best sunset view and plenty of free parking space in the surroundings. Daria at the front desk is super friendly and tried to find solutions to many issues encountered.

The rooms and bathroom were filthy, residue of food from previous tenants in the fridge, cheese on the floor, persistent urine smell in the bathroom, decadent appliances and room furniture, low quality food at the restaurant. No room service, staff was rude. aside from Daria who tried her best to find quick remedies for multiple issues encountered. Very disappointed by the experience, not worth the money at all. Overpriced, decadent and staff needs proper hospitality training.

Unfortunately, the hotel lacks a bit of care. Many of the furniture in the room was full with rust. The cleaning needs to be improved, as we found trash from the previous people occupying the room. It smelled like mold in the room. Also, if you miss breakfast, you won’t be able to get a coffee anywhere on the property for at least two hours, something that it is not acceptable from a 4 stars hotel. Food could also be improved: you did not get to experience Menorcan food in any way: it was a bit of international food, with no real path or identity.

The rooms were nice & clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. A peaceful hotel with mostly adult couples. Lovely location to watch the sunset too

The food was disappointing. Breakfast was just about average. We had lunch on our first day at the pool bar and it was very poor (greasy & cheap). We didn’t bother with dinner at the hotel on any of the 5 nights we stayed even though it was included as we wanted good fresh food.

Great location. Short walk to local town and beaches. And 8 minutes in taxi to ciutadella which is just beautiful. Breakfast was ok, enough choices for everyone. Sunset is amazing. And the bar part of the hotel is great, cocktails lovely.

Only went to dinner once but wasn’t a fan, so many flies on everything (which I know can’t be helped). I think they could make better use of the space as feels like eating in a cafeteria when downstairs and all closed up.Pool bar was good but the staff are very slow. Rooms are fine, cleaned everyday and towels changed. Just need some TLC. Rusty round lights. Stains in ceiling. Bugs squished on walls. They need a deep clean.

Amazing spot for a breathtaking sunset. The hotel is conveniently located near Ciutadella, making it easy to reach the city in less than 10 minutes, as well as many beaches on the western side of the island. The staff at the reception and the restaurant were very kind. The international breakfast was good and comprehensive. While the restaurant has more of a canteen feel, the variety of food offered is impressive.

Partial sea view: essentially no sea view (it might be better to be honest with guests about this). The swimming pool was not clean. The room was okay and very clean when we arrived, but some details were disappointing, such as stains on the curtains and ceiling. They claim to clean the room daily, but it's not thorough; they mostly just change towels and make the bed. The bar could be better organized and offer more to guests.

There were some things that needed a bit of attention there was rust on the bathroom bin and marks all over the shower curtain and the bottom of the bath was scratched, and stained marks on the kitchen table. And quite alot of dust under the light fittings next to the bed also.

Expected more from a 4 star hotel ant this price range. My room was described with sea view but didn’t had direct sea view only at the left side from the balcony which for my is misleading ( see pictures ). I have to write this comment to be fair with other 4 stars hotels where I’ve been where food quality and service quality were a lot better and I was expecting the same . I want to let clear that I don’t give 5 stars reviews from nothing and bad reviews to denigrate an institution, this is just a honest review regarding my experience with different hotels in the same price range and season in several countries.

The style of the hotel is very nice with houses next to each other viewing the sea with a central building with pool gives the idea of a resort and the dawn views were amazing.Staff was nice and helpful :)

Facilities were old and they were saving even on small things as a new door instead of a rusky one.Food was ok but anything special and drinks were very expensive, even water!!! And funny thing was that you could not even take the bottle out of the eating area, although you had paid for it!!!You had to pay for parking this year there...eventhough the location was a bit isolated and you can nicely park on the road.
