Holiday Inn Milan Nord Zara By IHG

It¿s clean

Most staff members were accommodating and helpful, however some were so rigid in their thinking.

The 1 out of 3 ¿promotion¿ is a pure scam. Showing 2 nice hotels then offering you the bad one which was far from the center and having bad connection. We ended up having a fight because of this crap. Never ever again will I do this.

very friendly and accommodating staff with good command of english.clean room, a nice size, not too small as many modern hotels tend to be. overall i would go there again especially if i had a car.

location was a bit out of the way. a hotel shuttle would help a lot, as a cab to the train/center is E15 euro, though it is possible to use public transportation from the hotel. view is of highway though the windows were soundproof.no smoking rooms.

room quality is really good. Breakfast is allrght.

its a bit far from subway station ! A GOOD 20 minutes walk

Great location near public transit and shopping mall Excellent accommodations

The staff in the breakfast and the reception were friendly. And the cleaning ladies were very polite.

The location was far away from the center, and there was nothing to do nearby. The bathrooms need renovation, too old. And the breakfast although had variety, the quality was VERY VERY poor.

The staff in the breakfast room were very friendly. I requested a Latte Macchiato once, and the next day Noemi remembered me—just by looking at me, she already knew what I had asked for. Extremely attentive and thoughtful service!

nothing, everything was good

The front desk was extremely friendly.

Despite booking queen bed, they gave us two separate single beds as it was the last room. Yeah ok but we booked and paid for a queen bed? The bed two beds kept sliding apart as we were trying to sleep together. You know what I mean?! The eggs had green residue and when asked the kitchen staff what is it? They said it was overcooked. Overcooked or something else, it was weird. But I have to mention, the variety of food that was available was A LOT. RICH KITCHEN and Lots of people Running up and down to help You. Big parking

Tasty breakfast. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Great service.

No real lobby.

Breakfast is quite good and the people here are very nice. Room is also very clean.

The location is not good, not near anything. The latest metro station is 2km away, the nearest bus stop is 1km away. We have a car, but the traffic here is quite complicated.

Clean, big room, ac worked well, comfortable bed, bar for drinks and coffee. Reasonably priced.

I asked front desk person to call pizza place for me to order a pizza for delivery since my overseas phone would not work. He refused my request . Didn’t understand why he couldn’t make a simple call for a customer. I have stayed at this hotel before and the staff have always been super nice except for this one time.

Excellent breakfast. Kind staff. Free parking underground.Just to mention for those without car, they may not like the location because the closest metro station is ~3 kilometres away.

Small rooms for a family of 4. A bit expensive.

Very nice hotel, close to the highway but in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean, nice staff and delicious breakfast. Very pleasant experience.

The pillows were a bit to hard.

Neat, safe parking garage for free, lot of choice for breakfast, WiFI very quick and stable and last but not least: very friendly staff.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Free parking with a lot of space available. Very comfy beds and room in general.

We liked everything but a microwave could be useful somewhere in the hotel or in the rooms.

Excellent staff.

Location. Rooms outdated and in need of an upgrade. Transport / Taxi a challenge and very expensive.

The staff were very kind and professional, very good air conditioning, big room and the internet connection was perfect.

Very modern hotel. Breakfast was delicious! excellent variety. Room was large, very clean and so comfortable. Day staff was super nice.. Location was excellent point to visit different places for the day such like Como, Bellagio, Varenna, etc. Location area is not like to go walking. Nothing to do around.

Everything was amazing the guy in the reception was a gentle man help us alot the smell of the hotel oh my god ?the elevator was slow but its ok , i like the room and big bathroom , the breakfast was good and delicious at the end if i come back back to milan i will book this hotel again

The free parking and the room is large

The pillow is hard and not comfy
