Best Western Plus Hotel Monza e Brianza Palace

Staff was extremely kind and helpful, everyone spoke excellent English and there was always someone at the front desk if we had questions. Room was very clean and spacious.Location is a bit further from subway than I thought but it is on a bus line.

Very cold hotel with good rooms and a good breakfast.

The sauna wasn’t open, I guess to less guests at this season.

Very clean and super friendly staff. Bed was very comfortable. We stayed two nights and were very happy with location and price.

Information in the hotel that sauna is not for free, and it should be paid extra...10 Eur per person/per day... and when we booked the room it was not mentioned that it is additional cost.

Sauna, giant rooms, good food and plenty of parking plus close to the airport. Staff was amazing.

The staff hustled me to the taxi company that charged almost twice the usual amount for the distance. it is not just a question of money, but feeling of comfort and safety also.The room was below a basic comfort at 350 Euro/night.

Nothing special, maybe just the stuff for the breakfast was nice and professional

The night receptionist was very rude the way he talk was like his our boss or we are working for him, try to make everything complicated as possibile, the parking didn’t have space to park our car so we leave it on the street

Couldn’t get a family room instead booked 2x double rooms, staff kindly provided adjacent rooms.

Very clean, the room and bathroom are large, you can find everything you need, and the breakfast is good

The location is far from any transportation or shopping centers, that require a car

I loved the food at the restaurant. The location is on the outskirts of Monza. The hotel is excellent, and the staff is very friendly! The rooms are spacious with modern convivences. The gym/hot tub area in the bottom of the hotel is very nice as well.

I had trouble with the WIFI not being strong enough for TEAMS meetings, the connection was spotty, and I had to resort to using my cellular phone. I also do not like the firmness of the hotel beds; they are way too hard. I also find it inconvenient if the restaurant is closed at night. There is only one other option for food that I found within walking distance of the hotel and the surrounding area of the hotel does not feel safe for walking. I brought a few protein bars in case food was hard to find on my most recent stay at the hotel, but I did not need them during this stay.

A good location for business meetings. Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast was good.
