Best Western Mirage Hotel Fiera

Location is too far away not 45 min away from as described. Beds are very uncomfortable, tv too small for room. There were hairs on the shower head. Pictures of rooms did not reflect room I got.

Convenient location easily accessible by road and close to rail lines. Outstanding restaurant on site for breakfast and dinner. Clean, modern and large rooms. Excellent and helpful staff is the best feature.

Minor problem w/ shower, but staff handled it very professionally and turned it into a positive experience.

Very clean, well maintained, quality amenities, good breakfast for 4 euro. Excellent value.

A little far out of Milan but only 20 minutes drive to downtown.

Spacious accommodationsFriendly staffAwesome free breakfast

Cleanliness,large room

One of the front staff not talking in polite manner ,we can feel it.

Rooms are spacious and clean, staff is friendly and competent, dinner at the restaurant surprisingly good, of course excellent coffee.Suggest to go for Comfort rooms; they are really better.

Location was utterly uninspiring, area has a vibe that makes you not want to go outside at night; breakfast had limited choice, had to move rooms after one night because someone had decided that my original room absolutely required extensive rebuilding during my stay. Limited selection of drinks in the bar (no alcohol free beer, very limited selection of soft drinks), Several small things: noise around the hotel at night, bright flashes from the fire alarm right above my head, light buttons just out of reach from bed, buttons themselves keep emitting quite some light, stuff like that. The regular room just felt not really well thought off.

Clean an spacious rooms.

Control panels for Light and AC too small and difficult to understand and use

The comfort room was spacious and cleanThe staff was helpful and make us feel welcome

Second time I stay at this hotel and second time the restaurant exceeds my expectations! One of the two dishes I had was so good that I asked the maitre'd if they could send me the recipe (I know, I know :D ), but he said the chef is very jealous of his recipes and I can see why. Restaurant aside, the room was very large, nice, and quiet as usual, and EV charging was available in the garage. Couldn't ask for more.

Everything is great.

Central heating system (could not be adjusted manually). It was to warm during the night ;-)Open window saved the problem.

Excellent location if you need easy and ready access to the motorway for Milan. Underground parking is ample and convenient. The restaurant is a bit colorless but the food is excellent, particularly if you enjoy beef and good wine. The reception team is multilingual, efficient, and thoughtful. We had a nice bowl and crackers waiting in the room for our dachshund as well as a very pleasant exchange with the manager on departure.

While the food was indeed excellent, the restaurant seems a bit understaffed for its size during the evening service- or needs better organization. We had to wait an unusually long time for service on an evening which was not at all crowded. We were also, for reasons unknown (we booked well in advance of our trip) placed in a room for disabled- so had to deal with lack of certain facilities and others totally out of proportion to our needs. Don't plan on going out unless you're prepared to drive- the hotel is in an industrial park, and while only a short (kilometer or so) distance from Paderno/Dugnano, the roads outside the park are heavily trafficked with no sidewalks until you approach the town.

Great location, secure car parking, mostly friendly staff. Clean and efficient. Reception and evening restaurant staff very friendly

Charge for parking extra.Breakfast staff obviously didn’t want to be there

Nice clean hotel, clean rooms,

breakfast was poor.

one ot two reception staff were good.

All our rooms being cancelled on arrival no bar staff on no restraunt open for guests

Poor

All rooms booked got cancelled for some reason with no explanation. No restaurant always closed so couldn't get food., no bar staff on . Overall average at best.

Prachtige kamers

Roomservice, there was a steak restaurant that did not like to serve hamburgers for the bar, although this was displayed at the bar. The price and quantitie of the food in the steak restaurant were beyond normal so the only solution was to take the car and find something to eat elsewhere

Excellent modern, clean and efficient hotel. Great location

The shower leaked.Breakfast service a bit poor with overstretched single staff member

Room was big, clean and cozy and the receptionist was super kind and empathetic.

No plugs close to the bed. Everything is paid extra and breakfast is fairly expensive, the vending machine only accepts coins (!!!)

Large rooms, excellent service. Good breakfast.

The room was big and clean, shower was lovely

The environment surrounding the hotel was threatening. As a young girl visiting the area I did not feel safe. The motel beside the hotel was occupied by the hour and so therefore it wasn’t safe for young girls to be around. We were warned by the taxi driver on our way not to walk around the hotel or the surrounding area at any time of the day or night, it seemed to have a negative reputation with locals from Milan.
