Cosmo Hotel Palace

Location, parking availability, cleanliness and Staff.

Wifi was weak. Could not plug in my firestick to TV. As a foreigner traveling, I like to stay connected for news and entertainment using my streaming devices.

The restrooms are quite bad. The wall sockets are terrible. the stuff in the room is quite old.

I liked the fact that the room and bathroom were spacious. The sauna/hammam spa was included in the price of your stay.

Breakfast buffet options could be improved. There were some communication/translation difficulties/ misinterpretations with some staff members.

Friendly staff, very clean, good bar and meals.

The hotel isn't a hospital, it's public and if someone is sick then why do my friends and I have to be muzzled because she complained she's sick and just came from the hospital. We all PAID our money to relax and have fun. Not to babysit other guests.

Not In Central Milan so you have to travel a bit to see everything.

The price

Close to location where I was meeting for business. Clean Lobby. Easy to park (free). No bad smells / odors. Common areas very clean.

Loud music that can be heard throughout the hotel due to event. The bathroom is in need of refurbishing - Tub had a rusted out chunk missing. Mirror paint rubbed off (looked tacky). Towel warmer didn't work. The curtain in my room was ripped and kind of just barely hanging on. The heater / climate controll was not working. It was very hot in my room - I had to crack the window to stay cool while sleeping - I'm lucky it's cold outside during my stay.I also didn't like how the hotel was not willing to credit me or move me to a cheaper room for my co-worker's visa's getting cancelled. I was told I would get the big room anyway - when I walked in it was literally a studio room with bathroom (single bed). I was so tired I just went to sleep but they basically charged me for a 3 bed room and only gave me one when I showed up alone. So they took my money but didn't even give me the larger family room.Not a huge deal, but it's the principle of the matter. I'll go down the street to Best Western next trip.

The mattress could be better quality. Some staff were rude and could improve their kindness towards non-white costumers.

The Cosmo Hotel Palace was all time! The bed is incredibly comfortable, the breakfast buffet is outstanding, the service is top-notch. The hotel serves dinner which is great especially because there are not many options within walking distance. We stayed at the hotel specifically to visit the Duomo, and the bus 727 to Metro M1 was an easily accessible and straightforward way to get to the plaza. Another bonus feature is a gorgeous city park right across the street. The park has walking trails, endless trees, a playground and even a dog park. Enjoy!

The room was clean, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. The location was good for us being closer to Monza than Milano (we wanted to see the circuit) and you have a bus and a tram station in 5 min walking distance that connects you to a metro for the city center of Milano.

Our room was very cold, the thermostat showed 19°C but the A/C didn't start. There was mold at the corner of the bathtub, the protection glass didn't had enough silicone and when we took a shower we put a towel in front of the door so all the water that spilled won't go in the hallway.

Very nice hotel, amenities and super helpful and friendly staff.

It is far outside the city center but worked well for us traveling on.

The hotel was clean, with a smooth check-in and check-out process and welcoming staff. The complimentary parking is a significant benefit, particularly in Milan where parking can be both limited and costly. Situated in a quiet area, the location is convenient for avoiding city traffic and provides easy access to nearby destinations.

The host was very friendly and helpful. He was waiting us front of the property and give us a bottle of champagne and refreshments. The space was very clean, large and the parking space was very secured.

The other guests was a little was noisy, but it was not the host fault.

Very Disappointing Stay – Not RecommendedOur experience at this hotel in Milan was quite disappointing for several reasons.First of all, the hotel is located very far from the city center, which made getting around time-consuming and inconvenient. The condition of the room was unacceptable — the carpet was dirty and honestly disgusting, which gave the entire space an unhygienic feel.The reception staff always seemed too busy or unavailable, which made even simple requests frustrating. The room lacked basic personal amenities such as a coffee maker or even a water kettle — something that should be standard in any decent hotel.Safety was also a major concern. The windows in the room were completely unprotected, posing a serious risk for children or guests with special needs.To top it all off, the taxi service offered by the hotel was outrageously overpriced. We were charged €160 for a van to the airport — an amount I have never paid anywhere else in all my years of traveling. It felt like a complete rip-off.Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. It does not meet even the basic expectations for comfort, service, or value.
