HQ Aparthotel Milano Inn - Smart Suites

The hotel staff is extremely rude. They closed the office and left after charging full for 2 night stay and 2 day parking. When I arrived at my scheduled arrival time the whole area was dark. No one was at the office and no one answered the phone calls.

I did not like anything about the hotel.

So far out from Milan city, no plug for the bath, loud noises at night.

We were placed in a cheaper room than the one we booked. When we inquired about it, the management informed us that they wouldn’t make any changes and that we wouldn’t be getting any money back. The customer service was unfriendly and unhelpful, making the whole experience even worse. Only after numerous conversations directly with Booking.com did we manage to get a small refund. Overall, it was a very bad experience, and I absolutely do not recommend this place!

They checked us in earlier than the check-in time. There was always a place to park on the street ?

Upon arrival at the correct address, it turned out that we had not checked in - after 20 minutes of nerves, we did it and they took another €100 deposit (which was refunded after the end of the stay. After settling in, we found out that there was no hot water - it turned out accident - which was removed by a few hours. Our reservation was for three people - there was a bedroom and we had to roll out a sofa. There was no towel for the third person.

There was no receptionist availbe, telephone number for assistance did not work. Pre-paid parking was not ready at arrival. It was not possible to print an invoice. Zero customer serivce!

Wifi was good. A blind broke and the repair man came the next day.

I was expecting an apartment with hotel facilities. It was not like that at all. I was told that detergents and toilet paper was for my account. Internet confirmed supply of toilet paper, we had to buy. We had to wash our own dishes but we waited for had no plug, nor did we have a bath plug. We waiting 3 days for plugs. We upgraded to a Superior Suite, not sure what the upgrade was. The patio looked at ground with weeds in. Also advertised it a socket by the bed but there is only one and if you want to charge your phone, you cannot use the lamp. We booked for 3 people and we were given 2 mugs, 2 bath towels etc. City View - view is a pub across the road. Kettle is on the other side of the road on the side table of the couch. Pegs supplied all broke as they were brittle. We had a fan with the extreme heat. I know this was advertised but I overlooked this but still I thought it was hotel facilities. I would really like a refund !!! I am a world traveller and this is by far the worse place I have ever stayed in.

No staff was available for checkin, my kids arrived after a long trip deperate to pee and I had to deal with very long forms thru a running out of battery mobile phone.A self service checkin was offered but very confusing and not intuitive. There were not enough utensils in the kitchen, blunt knives and bathroom's floor completely wet after each bath.

Very quiet, sleep amazing, great bed. Very friendly staff. Beautiful room. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
