BB Hotels Smarthotel Re Milano Nord

Clean rooms with balcony. Parking.

It is aparthotel. It is definetly not 4 stars hotel. It is even not bed and breakfast. No reception after 23:00. After I realized that it is not I checked out. But they charged me 4 nights price for night. Cancellation policy was 1 night price but they refused to refund it since I have paid as a whole through booking.com. Asian Personnel on reception was not near helpful. She did not responded calls of booking.com after my appeal.

Spacious room. Very clean. Friendly personnel. Private parking lot.

It´s a pity that the hotel doesn´t offer breakfast.

I love the location, it was perfectly convenient as I ran the Milano Nord Parkrun which is only 1Km away. Also. Tram stop is just on the other side of the road. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Nothing that I can highlight. Maybe Netflix wasn't available on the Smart TV

Friendly staff , big clean spacious rooms

The location was convenient for us. The staff was in close communication and gave detailed information that is needed for tourists.

It can be a bit noisy from the main road but nothing that would interrupt sleep.

Clean, Internet connection, free parking and rooms are very comfortable

Far away from metro station, nearest station is about 1.5 Km

I like the room so much it's clean and quiet as i want. Also the room service was professional. The provide tea and water which is a nice gesture.

The door lock was confusing but after talk to receptionist she help us to get it right.

Good nice and clean hotel. The staff pretty attentive and cool

Not that convenient location for a few days. It's approximately 40 minutes to city centre. But for longer stay I think pretty goodAnd fridge is pretty noisy, please fix it :)

The hotel was close to the event we were attending on Saturday. The hotel is also very affordable.

Although the room was large, it lacked personality and was a bit chilly.

This is really perfect hotel in great location especially if you are traveling by car from Switzerland or Lago di Como or Venezia, ... I was there before 3 years and it is still wonderful accommodation - maybe better than before. Warm rooms with good air conditioners, free parking and a long check in time. This time we use this hotel twice. Good price and even if the hotel doesn’t have breakfast, there is a tea set in the room and many cafes near the hotel. We will return again!

Clean, nice people, parking

Not close to the centre but there is a tram very close with connection to the metro

comfortable and friendly

free water. tea and coffee but no milk and weren't top up. so only free options first night

Big room

No possibility for breakfast. No ironing equipment in the room

Lovely spacious room with a balcony. Very stylish decor with a fridge and tea & coffee facilities. The bathroom was spotless and I loved the posh toilet roll. There was a comfy sofa in addition to the bed so lots of space to relax.Nearby is a small shopping mall with a hypermarket, a few places to eat and a cinema.

There was a bit of noise bleed, my room was on the ground floor next to reception so I did hear loud people in that area.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The tram station is opposite the hotel making it convenient and a grocery store is around 10 minutes walk.

Great hotel! The staff were very welcoming and always ready to help and accommodate us. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and very comfortable. We had an excellent stay — highly recommended!

So spacious and cozy, one of the most comfortable rooms ever. Location is good if you have any obligations in the northern part of Milan. It’s right next to a large hospital and a conference center. Quite a strategic spot.

Well it’s a “budget” facility so no continental breakfast or restaurant which is a pity. But everything else makes up for it

Clean and quiet place, easy underground parking

-

Ample of parking space, underground (covered), clean hotel, lift, cofee and vending machine.

So noisy! (Next to big street/half highway), a bit far from city.
