Neo Hotel

The Room was very clean. Nice bonus that there was a kettle in the room and some tea bags.

Very clean hotel, comfortable, staff was very receptive, friendly and helpful. Oriana who is at the front desk was especially kind, we arrived a little early but as the room was almost ready, prepared an espresso for us while we waited to go to our room. A small gesture but very much appreciated after a long flight and drive. The hotel was nice, the room very clean, the bed and pillows comfortable. Toiletries and even slippers provided! Breakfast was great with many choices. There is a very nice terrace where one can enjoy drinks when the weather permits. Great that we were able to park our car with no worries. Used public transportation to visit the centre of Milan. Tickets can be bought at a little shop nearby.

Nothing, we liked everything!

The breakfast was amazing. I loved everything they served, both sweet and savoury.The room and the bathroom were large enough for two travellers.

The location is both good and not-so-good. It’s good if you have a car and need to park it somewhere. It’s not as good if you are expecting there to be activity in the area. The hotel is located in a residential area, and you will need to get onto public transport and go someplace else to experience the city.Outdoor parking is very difficult to find on weekends. I had to haggle with the reception to waive the 5 euro charge for underground parking after telling them that I literally drove all over a 10-minute walking radius and did not find a single parking spot at 9:30 PM on Saturday. This was not a pleasant experience.

The accommodation had all the things we wished for such as wifi, air conditioning, clean comfortable room bed, room, bathroom. The staff were helpful and warm. We enjoyed a nice breakfast and we were able to book undercover parking.

There is no lift or direct access from the parking to the inside of the hotel. That meant we would have had to drag two suitcases up a flight of stairs and across to an entry to the hotel before we could access a lift to our room. This was inconvenient.

Our room was in the first floor and it was too noisy because the bar at same level we can’t sleep

The room offered a comfy bed and excellent blackout curtains that made the room incredibly dark for a great night's sleep. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were wonderfully friendly.

Unfortunately, the room's air conditioning struggled to keep us comfortable. Even on a mild day, the room was unpleasantly warm upon entry, and the AC unit required a significant amount of time to offer minimal cooling. The shower was also problematic, with a long wait for hot water and inconsistent temperatures once it arrived.

I don't want to sound gender-biased, but we had two negative experiences with male staff at the reception and during breakfast. Both were rude and disrespectful in response to our requests. In contrast, the female staff members were much more helpful and respectful in their interactions.

The air conditioning system is weak and may become an issue during high temperatures.

New rooms, breakfast was good. Parking is a plus.

Check in took so much time, as it was a trainee who was checking us in. We should have been told that work is being preformed. Starting 8:00, hammers and drilling started, which is definitely not acceptable. Its far away from Milan City Center, but we knew about this.

Lovely and modern room. Very spacious. Clean and modern. Very comfortable and good air condition. Great and friendly staff and service, they are very service-minded and do a lot to help you. Amazing breakfast. Great parking. Stayed here during a normal weekday, which was cheaper, and the value was amazing for the price. Close location to grocery store and to bus that helps you visit the city center. Very nice courtyard too. Would love to come back! The visit here was very relaxing and luxurious.

I’ll start with the staff. They were great, very friendly, always happy to help and work very hard. I would give 10 out 10 for the staff, especially those at reception and in the breakfast area; they were exceptional.Hotel itself needs a bit of work. I didn’t have a towel as it was broken in pieces. The cleaning was ok. Location is ideal if you drive which I was doing so it’s fine. Takes around 25/30 minutes to Duomo/city center. Parking is usually free but it can be hit and miss due to limited space. Paid parking is only $€5 which is very reasonable. Breakfast was a bit of a let down; a very small selection.All over it was fine.

May be location for some people and breakfast. Hotel does need bit of tlc.

Everything. The location close to the highway. The furniture but also all little necessary things like toothbrush and toothpaste and slippers. Also fantastic breakfast buffet. There was also soya milk for me when asked

Nice new Hotel, quiet, very clean, super Friendly people behind the reception and into the restaurant. Free of charge parking. Delicious food in the restaurant. Simply perfect! We will come back.

Very friendly staff and rooms were excellent. Comfy beds and great breakfast. Very clean too. A minute or two walk from a supermarket and some other stores. Would highly recommend.

It’s a bit far from the city centre and metro station. The metro station is about 15-20 minute walk which isn’t to bad. If you have a car it’s not as bad, but if it was a bit closer it would be a bonus.

It would have been nice to have a real glass in the room to drink out of, but I got one from the bar no problem.

The hotel is conveniently located just outside of the ZTL Milano, making it easy to access without worrying about restricted traffic zones.The breakfast was excellent, served from 7am to 10am, offering a good variety of options to start the day.Free outside parking is available, and there's also the option for paid garage parking, which is a nice convenience.

Our room was quite small, which made it feel a bit cramped.The room lacked useful furniture; there were no drawers or shelves, leaving us with nowhere to store clothes, underwear, or socks.The hangers were in poor condition, constantly detaching from their base and causing our coats to fall repeatedly.The window in our room was broken and would fall down when we tried to open it. We had to call maintenance to lock it down, but the staff did not speak English, which made communication difficult.
