Isola Verde Resort

Very clean room with lots of space, high ceilings, A/C, fridge, great shower. Beautiful pool and pool area. Easy walk to historic center. Great breakfast with the best croissants I have ever eaten in my life.

The rooms do not invite you to stay for a couple of days. They are dark, no view and only ok for a sleep. The matras need to be replaced....

Friendly and helpful team. Well appointed room with modern shower room. Nice bar / restaurant. Short walk to lake and historic centre. Plenty of free parking on site.

Air conditioning wasn't great, fridge in room not cold, and mosquito's everywhere due to proximity of the lake, If mosquito's like you, don't stay here, you have been warned.

The outdoor pool was a great addition and table and chair in the garden outside in our room was great

Very friendly owner, warm welcome and perfect service. As well our dogs were welcomed nicely.

Clean, elegant, restaurant had amazing food

15 minute walk from the station and zero cabs and an unreliable bus. Some occasions the staff would ignore me around the pool and at breakfast if I needed something

The breakfast and the facility. The people there were great too. unfortunately I was there in winter so did not get to use the pool which looks fantastic

The room are good but I found the lower area of the accommodation not so practical and not so inviting.

Very pleasant staff and two sweet dogs. Parking right onsite. Large well-appointed room. Breakfast was good. A short walk to visit the castle which is a must-see.

Would have enjoyed some fresh fruit at breakfast.

The Pool and proximity to the train station, lake qnd town centre all huge positives. The food in the hotel was excellent. Cracking place to visit, lovely town. Caught a bit of opera there too in the town hall. Great place.

As its July having a swimming pool is a huge plus to cool down, in addition the room (zenzero) was very spacey with a living room and separate room - a must for a toddler to have space.It's a 2 minute distance from the old city.There is a good size fridge in case one needs it

Nothing to say - as the stay was excellent

it is a little gem in a quiet part of town. the restaurant is elegant and comprehensive. rooms were spacious and well suited to a short stay. the staff were very helpful and nice

the parking spaces were too small for modern cars and it’s was difficult getting in and out

The food was particularly good, Breakfast was simple Italian style. Rooms were modern, a nice pool.

The beds in the cheaper rooms were somewhat uncomfortable.

The bed was not so comfortable. The breakfast was good, but could have been better (bacon and scrambled eggs were missing).

Lovely little hotel complex not too far from old town. Great breakfast selection and other dining options should you want them.

Shower screen not watertight.

Horrendous customer treatment charged us double for our stay.

The fact that the hotel rips you off, and charged us TWICE for our stay. And after it has been nearly impossible to get in contact with the hotel and get our money back.
