Perfect - we certainly found a jewel of a location here that we will save for future trips to Italy as a family. Beautiful location in the countryside, amazing staff (x10), and farm-to-table fresh food (the best we had).

Nothing- it was perfect, and that is rare for us to say.

We had a truly scary situation when our rental car was taken from us and we honestly don’t know what we would have done without the incredible support from this hotel. Chiara went above and beyond to help us through it. She was so kind, patient and genuinely caring. The entire staff made us feel safe and looked after. On top of that, the restaurant here is absolutely amazing. The food is to die for! Every bite was unforgettable. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming and every single staff member radiates friendliness. We can’t recommend this hotel enough and already can’t wait to come back!

Nothing, it was so lovely

Everything was great. Rooms are comfortable and very clean. Environment is amazing. Staff was kind and helpful. Everything we eat at the breakfast was delicious. Specially the tart.

Before we book the room, we called the hotel and stated that we wanted a room with a balcony or terrace and they told us that we should book a suite room. Although there was a terrace in the suite room photos on Booking, they said that there was no terrace in the suite room when we went. Our only goal was to sit on the terrace and enjoy the environment without leaving our 5-year-old son alone in the room when he sleeps.

Few times have we ever said we’d return to the same place we stayed. Partially because we enjoy variety and experiencing other properties. This is one we will definitely revisit. Exceptional in absolutely every way. Our suite was beautiful and the food, staff and wines memories we’ll always cherish. The best location to stay for day trips to Montepulciano, Perugia, Pienza, Montalcino & the Tuscany countryside!

Great bank for your buck. The property is lovely and well taken care off. Restaurant serves delicious pasta and the staff and very hospitable and helpful. We rented an electric car and even though their tower was down for that weekend, they went above and beyond to make sure we charged. We stayed for a wedding at a nearby villa and this was a perfect location, only 2 minutes away.

Simple but great breakfast/ good local food for dinner. Great pool. The building was incredible The renovated bathroom was great !!!Friendly dinner service and breakfast service was as great.

No AC in the best room they had , the tower, was a negative. Little staircase with big bags from a big trip was difficult.

This is a very nice accommodation. The staff care, the facilities were excellent and the food offered was prepared with attention.

The staff are all very friendly and always ready to help.The rooms, the overall atmosphere, the beautiful garden and grounds... It all makes for a wonderful and relaxing stay.

Breakfast was good - plentiful and good selection

Visited April 14-16th but we were the only guests! All very quiet and not all up and running which was disappointing. Went out for dinner and on our return at 10pm there was no one around and no means of getting a drink.

This was our second time to stay here and we cannot wait to come back again! It’s a beautiful property with amazing olive gardens and a spa area. There is free parking available inside the hotel and the breakfast is lovely too. We also took their wine taking and it was lovely to try their great wines among the olive gardens! Can’t recommend this stay enough!

The vacation at the hotel was unbelievable. We liked everything!About the hotel: the rooms are clean, spacious, the room had everything we needed. The hotel has a large parking lot. The corridors, common rooms, were very nice and cozy. Lots of decor, dishes, beautiful furniture. Every detail in the hotel is made or picked with love.The hotel has a very beautiful and well maintained area, from where you can see a beautiful view of the fields and even see the lake. We enjoyed the beautiful views and the quietness.The hotel staff was very responsive, they helped us many times to solve our problems related to the trip in Italy. For example: they called us a cab so we could leave the nearest town, waited for us for late check-in, helped us build a path to the city of Perugia.This is a great place for a vacation!

It's been great. The only thing is that they could have made the lunch menu a little more interesting.

Marvelous villa on the border of Umbria and Tuscany! We had a two-rooms suite with a splendid view on the owner’s garden and the lake. The breakfasts were fine. Nice pool with everything you need. The management created a nice lunch for all of us to say good bye to summer on the 22nd of September with a singer performing life and very good extended meals.

Single-use cups in the kitchen and bathroom better be replaced by multiple-use cups (plastic or glass ones)

Clean rooms.

Our stay was disappointing. We were given a claustrophobic room with a low ceiling, and the receptionist only allowed us to change rooms for one night because this room already booked for the second night (really?). The second room we got had dampness, and the restaurant was closed, forcing us to eat snacks we had brought. The receptionist then informed us that eating outside food on the property is not allowed. To top it off, the air conditioner didn’t work. Overall, a very unpleasant experience with no compensation offered.

Beautiful property set in quiet location. A nice surprise of decor especially as motor racing fans.

Very nice location and property, you can see attention to details, restaurant serves amazing local food. Possibility to charge electric car. Breakfast was amazing even though we were almost the only guests. Unfortunately we could not experience the swimming pool, as it was closed.
