- Family room 373 had a view of the parking lot. We did not travel to Mallorca to stay in a room with a parking lot view. This was very disappointing and definitely not value for money. There is NO beach at all right next to the property.

- Not St Regis standard - rooms are 4 star , no proper check in , no guidance , proper welcoming and intro of the facilities , got lost in a huge complex many times . Food is basic , no value and the worst st Regis I stayed in . Pls adjust the operator for this resort - Sheraton like
