Hotel Pamplona Villava

Quiero destacar la amabilidad de las personas de recepci¿n en especial Rub¿n. Nos ha echo sentir muy c¿modos, nos ayud¿ en todo momento con todas las dudas que ten¿amos. Deber¿a haber m¿s profesionales como el en las recepciones de los hoteles.

Cosas a mejorar: tener por lo menos una m¿quina de caf¿ a primera hora si no hay camareros ya que los clientes madrugan para ir a los San Fermines. Y despu¿s de las 24:00h tener la posibilidad de comprar agua.

Good location, cafe food and drink were excellent, sitting in the sun in the beer garden was lovely, comfortable beds, excellent shower and a fridge in the room. The staff were also excellent.

Disappointed there was no kettle and tea/coffee in the room. As the floors are beautifully tiled the corridor outside the room was noisy, as were the doors shutting along the corridor.

Extremely helpful staff in a clean, modern, comfortable hotel.

We came to visit Pam during the festival and want to stay outside of the city. This was a perfect location for that very close to a convenient bus stop hotel was nice. Staff was friendly and the town is in has an amazing burger place.

The parking wasn’t great and it was a little loud, but we had a perfect corner room with an amazing breeze

Arrived to find the room temperature was 28C . As we had dogs we asked if someone would come upstairs to fix the thermostat to be told the air conditioning unit is broken. If we had known that we wouldn’t have stayed.Also and food or drinks had to be paid in advance rather than paid when we left.Definitely a no regarding this hotel.

Staff super friendly to us and our dogs. Room was huge with wrap around balcony. Modern lg tv system bonus. Wifi super fast. Excellent dog walk just across the road

Minor issue was that dinner did not start until 20:15 which was a little late for us

Excellent power-shower.Specious room.Great bar/caffe downstairs.Friendly barista Sol who gives free lessons of basque language.Short distance to Sala TOTEM music venue.

Location is ideal for a stop off while travelling to France.Our second visit to this hotel.

Hotel entrance and carpark difficult to locate,once inside reception advised underground car park, at 10euro per night. Very difficult entrance for big cars.Beatiful room with an excellent bathroomDisappointing restaurant due to lack of choice, however the food was good.

Very spacious rooms. Well equipped. Good value bar and restaurant.

The room was very spacious and had everything you might need to be comfortable: fridge, tv, air conditioning. The room and bed were very clean and orderly and the change service did an excellent job daily. The breakfast I can't speak to since I left early every day for the Bull Run. However, every morning when I left at 0530, the desk person was already hard at work setting up the dining area!

There was nothing I didn't like about my stay at Hotel Pamplona Villava! I do wish I would have booked early enough to get a hotel closer to the center of town than 2.5 miles one way (I walked), but I was a nice walk and there were plenty of grocery stores, gyms, convenience stores along the way.

The bedroom was fantastic

I was hoping to get a nice meal but the kitchen was closed we only could get a burger. The Basque are known for there cuisine .

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The wait staff seemed not friendly to us as we don’t speak fluent Spanish.

The shower panel was not secure and didn’t hold in the water. It was a lake on the bathroom floor. More towels would have been nice

Issues with in house restaurant. Made mistake did not get receipt from credit card when ordering dinner. Ordered dinner but did not make sure to get receipt at end when using credit card. Staff then said card did not work and finally paid cash. Credit card statement shows charge then a second charge that was refunded. Most likely paid twice for meal but my Spanish is poor so it happens.
