Pros +
- My traveling companion and I loved this hotel. While the people in the reception spoke very little English, everything about the room itself and the location were perfect. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was like new.
- Bedroom clean and large bed very comfortable. Nice modern bathroom.
- Easy to find, large room, good reception and a cafe on site
Cons -
- The ‘advertised’ cafeteria inside the hotel was closed (evening and morning) and there were no drinks making facilities in the room. No hairdryer (have to get from reception). Can’t leave dogs in room so I felt unable to have a warm meal or drink as it was too cold to take the dogs out and risk them not being allowed in restaurants or cafes.
- No soundproofing, if you have neighbours you will them talking, sneezing, using the Shower etc.. Also a lot of street noise at night, not necessarily traffic but just the buzz of people, so would recommend wearing earplugs.
- The bed was noisy, springs, but hey ho. The room walls were too thin and I could hear everyone on either side, plus a dog. The following morning it turned out the dog was four doors down!

It wasn’t a good location. Front desk was excellent. The AC worked, but it required knowing which switches to activate.
Took a while to find because there are two Calle Mayors in Pamplona. The one that takes you to the police station isn't it. Once at the right one, the reception was lovely, very efficient and pleasant. Parking was directly opposite, very reasonable and even though I hadn't booked there was no issue. The cafeteria attached to the hotel was reasonable and food hot.

Clean, centrally located, friendly staff
Nothing however it has the smallest elevator I’ve ever been in
The hotel was clean and tidy. Staff friendly.
It was over a 3 km walk to old town.
Good price, friendly staff, comfortable beds. All important things were OK.
Lift was too small for our baby pram, room was also quite smallShower does not have a door, so the bathroom floods a bit
Clean rooms, nice staff, good access to public transportation
The bath towels were large and fluffy but not absorbent. Location is quite far from Pamplona but the bus stop was just a block away so it was easy to get into the city.
Great value perfect location for Comino comfortable rooms let us check in early fantastic
Good staff, clean rooms, quiet stay.
Neighbors smoking constantly. We were coughing and congested because of it. It was unbearable. When we told the staff, they were very attentive and addressed it immediately and the smoking subsided for a few hours, but then later that night it continued once more.
Convenient location on the Camino. Guy on reception was excellent. Clean room, maybe needs updating.
Although we were on the 4th floor, our room looked out over the outside seating from the bar. The noise stopped about 11pm though, so not too bad.
Friendly staff. Excellent location. Very comfortable. Air conditioning really enhanced our stay.
Quiet hotel at a close step of Pamplona. Clean and comfortable. Recommended

Very small room. Soap dispenser fell off the wall in the shower
Very accommodating for us to charge our e bikes and transport luggage on the Camino. Cafe downstairs was nice.
Great spot just before Pamplona, on the Camino. Staff is friendly. Room was clean and shower was hot. Relaxing place to recover from long walking days on the Camino.
