- Very comfortable and clean. The lady on reception was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The walk in to town was ok, quite pleasant in parts the closer in you got.
- The service was spectacular. All staff were extremely kind and welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we had the best experience of Pamplona’s San Fermin’s festival as possible

- A lift would have been helpful, as we were on the second floor with heavy luggage.
- The location is slightly outside the city centre but there is sufficient public transport and taxis available and the walk isn’t too far.
