Lion City Hotel Kizilay

Room was clean, tidy, nice and calm. Staff were friendly and modest. Location was excellent located in the middle of restaurants, shops and close to bus and metro stations.

Room and bathroom was very clean but there was a bad smell comes from the bathroom of my room and I complained it to the reception and then room service lady put some staff in the drains of the bathroom and after awhile the bad smell is reduced.

Great place. Good looking, clean, nice fragrance, climate system, very good parking services.Quiet, no noise from the street.

Wow ! It’s too clean and smell good all the hotel . The rooms are clean and bath too. The breakfast are delicious and the staff are very friendly , anything you need it they will be resolve ! Unfortunately my little boy got sick all the trip but we stayed comfortable in the room with all the facilities ❤️ tessekular

Wifi it wasn’t good - so so

Location is great. Metro closeby. Price is good for what you get.

Stuff doesn't speak English much. Beds are short. The bedroom door couldn't be closed all the way so the cold entered the room from the outside.

Excellent location, lovely staff. Comfortable and clean.

No hot drinks facility in room.

The room is clean and with comfortable beds. The bathroom is clean and spacious. There are all necessary hygiene products. The breakfast was wonderful and varied. The staff is very nice and polite, always meeting our requests. They met us halfway and allowed us to leave our luggage for a few hours after check-out. We liked everything!

The bathroom door was closing quite tightly and at first we even thought that it would not close at all.

The manager of the hotel was so generous in case of giving water and coffee to the room.Breakfast was so good and was charged again frequently, we had everything we want. The location is great and you have access to many things outside of the hotel, like restaurants, subway, shopping center.

Wifi was weak in the room.I wish they had also all inclusive option in booking, so guests could book also lunch or dinner buffet.

staff was friendly and the Sauna/spa area was easy to use.

fridge in the room would be nice

Location is great. It’s is near metro and bus station. There are a lot of restaurants, cafes, shops. Staff was very friendly. Place was clean. Our room was very comfortable.

There small cafe under hotel. They kept playing loud music every day from 6am? but when windows closed it was not bothering me. My friend is light sleeper. So she kept wake up at six am.

Its good comfort good location

I thought hammam is free but not and they didnt let you know aswell when you ask them that time is asking money

Staff were good but there were a lot of issues with our room.

Broken windows, doors broken, dirty, leaking shower head.

The hotel had quite a few restaurants close by, which was convenient for meals. The staff did their best to help us with arranging cabs to go to various places and the airport.

The triple sharing room that we booked was too tiny for 3 people. There is barely enough space to move around the room. The bathroom too is very tiny. The Delux family room which we had also booked was spacious, with big bathrooms, that's a much better room to book than the triple sharing.

Location was great - right in town but quiet and close to public transport if you know how it works

I chose this hotel because it advertised a pool but there is no pool!

The staff were so lovely and accommodating. The cleaners were wonderful. The room was comfortable and suitable for a week long stay. I was there for a work conference and some leisure activities and the location was perfect. Right in the city centre and very close to the metro, bus stops and good quality restaurants.

clean and quiet, central location

Loved the location. Close to the Metro, shops, sights, and activity. Staff were friendly, especially the receptionist and valet, and they were always willing to help out.

Clean. Staff is very friendly.Location good

No facility

The location was super in the middle of the city center of Ankara and close to the transportation, resturents, cafes Live and safe area at night

The bathroom needs maintenance

Overall, my stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The location was excellent, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Despite some minor drawbacks, I found my stay enjoyable.

The room was smaller than what I expected for a hotel in Ankara, considering local standards. The bed linen and pillows could use renewal.

Cleanness and location

The rooms were cold and the lift was so small
