Pros +
- Beautiful hotel in great location
- The property is not well maintained, old style, door to the bathroom not closing and wall paper is hanging on the walls. Staff is rude and not welcoming.
- That room, staff, pool and spa for all top notch. Really enjoyed our stay and finished it off with a great breakfast.
Cons -
- 1. Breakfast was the same thing every day.It was a buffet, yes, but please introduce more varieties. 2. The air con in the room was not exactly ok. When it was hot the room was really hot.
- the lighting in my bedroom was all very bright or no lights at all. I would have preferred options for softer lighting while working late into the evening.
- I didn't like having to wear a swim cap to swim, but I did like being able to swim with my family instead of having separate days for men/women like often happens in Turkey (even at a water park)

Fantastic hotel for the price! The only hotel I've found in Turkey that actually had a bath tub! And a separate shower. The beds were so comfortable, too! Good sized room. Fancy elevators.

Stunningly clean and beautiful hotel. The staff were generous and helpful. Farcan, Sulayman and Mahsin are a credit to the hotel. Hotel room was extremely clean, bed was soft and comfortable. Pool, hammam, and gym facilities are a plus. Thank you ?
very clean and comfortable
breakfast is very poor the others are with extra cost
Clean room, delicious Turkish breakfast (several types of cheese, eggs, olives, pastry, veggies, drinks).Spa center in the hotel with large swimming pool, sauna, hammam.Close to bus station and supermarket.
Noisy road if open the window.
Staff very friendly and ready to help for all costumers needs. Food quality very good but breakfast copy paste every morning.
Pool closed, gym closed, hamam closed for Covid restrictions. Communication in English not easy with everyone.
