The interior design is excellent, the rooms are spacious and very comfortable

One room (we took two rooms) door lock repeatedly malfunctioned, locking out our children for some time, while waiting for repair. This was inconvenient and wasted our time.Also the road traffic noises are significant in the rooms. Sound proof windows glasses would make it better

The toilet was very smelly. The shower cabin was leaking water to the bathroom floor. After taking shower, the bathroom floor was almost flooded. Asked the reception to fix it, but they weren't able to. The chandelier in the room was half broken, with one of the three arms almost falling. Given that this was exactly over the bedroom, we were extremely worried about sleeping under a broken chandelier which could fall any time on us. Overall the room was not maintained properly at all.We also tried the restaurant in the last floor - the food was nice, but the service was extremely poor, as there was only one person working there and it was extremely hard to order or even ask for the bill, as the person was apparently attending other duties. I should also mention that we were the only guests there for a lateish lunch, but since the restaurant is advertised to be open, it was not the service quality we were expecting. In the end after waiting for almost half an hour to get the bill and not getting it, we left a note with the reception about adding the bill to our room.

This place is an architectural marvel! Feels more like an art museum than a hotel! Just amazing!!Perfectly clean place with amazing staff. I normally dont use names in my reviews but not mentioning nor thanking Mrs CEREN in this review for all her help would just be wrong! In my lexicon now: if trip = ANKRA, then hotel = MEYRA PALACE !

the weather was hot, the aircondition was not woking the temperature in the room was 28 c, we informed the staff more than one time but unfortunately they did nothing, otherwise every thing was good.

The location is perfect and everything is good at hotel. Onur is one of the staff in the hotel and he is so kind, helped a lot and supported us. Transfer was perfect and on time, the service was prefect. anything we needed, they provided very fast.it was clean and quite.
