Mercure Ankara Kizilay

We had a lovely time here. Thank you to all the kind people working at the Mercure. The breakfast was huge and had some new variety everyday. The room was comfortable and quiet. The location is great, next to the metro stop and walking to Kizilay central area.

Great breakfast, good location, very helpful staff

The water in the shower was never hot, just warm but since the weather was nice I did not mind.

The hotel is generally nice and new, located right next to the metro.

There were two issues that bothered me:1.The bed size was small and uncomfortable, definitely not suitable for couples.2.The cleaning staff sometimes neglected their duty regarding room cleaning. We called the reception twice to report that the room had not been cleaned, even though we had previously pressed the green button to request cleaning.

It was lightning and floor to ceiling windows

There was a bad smell in the hotel and on 6 floor . The bed size was very small .

Mr Umar from the reception. Hè was so friendly and helped us a lot. Good for Mercure to have such an employee.

Location good. Not much else that stood out.

Dirty carpets; uncomfortable beds; bad view; poor service; not very efficient. Not terrible, just not great - and certainly not up to Mercure standards - shortly to join the Accor group and be branded as a Mercure hotel.

This was the nicest, best designed hotel I stayed at in a long time. The rooms and lounge were really comfortable to relax in between the work I had to do in Ankara, and the breakfast was amazing and had everything. Staff were incredibly kind also, and location in Ankara is perfect.

The door man the night I arrived was not very nice.

Staff were lovely, allowed us to check in early. clean and a great breakfast.

The air con wasn’t working whilst we were there, however the staff offered to move rooms to compensate. Part of the hotel is under construction.

Room was comfortable and clean. And the staff were really helpful and friendly.

There was work going on so breakfast was served rather than buffet.

The location and the view from our room is nice. We enjoy room service and nice food.

The breakfast is too dry, they can improve more. No fresh juice in breakfast. The floor is too dusty. Since the hotel is still under construction, we weren't informed. Staff was so so, some of them cant understand properly english. The F.o mention free coffee but they charge us upon checkout.

Place was okay, but thats not enough. The experience that i had there was pretty bad. I came with 2 small dogs , Thats the reason why i had chosen that hotel. They made me feel so uncomfortable when i wanted to have breakfast. They told me i can't take dogs with me, so i didn't know what to do, i had to have very unpleasant conversations with staff and convince them to let me have my breakfast on the side like they paid for me . Terrible!

I insisted to parky car , they also didn't let me park alone, after long conversation and explaining that im not giving my car to a stranger because i have some very valuable things inside then they accepted. So limited mind. Even the manager of hotel he gave me answer after i complained " Im sorry " ?‍♀️ i mean what is your job?? You are a manager?! i see why the hotel is like that . Anyway never again for this experience

We recently stayed at Kahya Hotel as a group and had a positive experience. The rooms were clean and well maintained and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was quite good, offering a satisfying start to the day. One of the standout features for us was the hotel’s pet-friendly policy. It made traveling with our dog easy and enjoyable. Therefore, it was a pleasant stay and I would recommend Kahya Hotel.

Nice rooms, albeit a bit small. Comfortable beds. Very nice and helpful staff, even though they spoke no English.

Terrible WiFi

Staff was very helpful, they parked our car (the hotel having a parking was crucial in a crowded city like Ankara), they got our luggage to the room and gave us many good suggestions.

Close to Anıtkabir and city, the hotel was clean and comfortable. Definitively a good choice!

Maybe one little think, just for say something is the shower with low pressure.

This was one of the lower priced hotels in the centre of Ankara. Nevertheless, it was a excellent option. The hotel was well located (close to Kizilay), was of a good standard and the rooms were very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent
