- The room was clean, it was VERY close to the city center on foot, housekeeping came by everyday, the roome service prices were reasonable, the SPA was clean, very close to bus stations and metro stations as well.

Cons -
- The breakfast was terrible, always the same items, it didn't taste good, was too oily, there was no fresh coffee only instant coffee and creamer, the tea tasted bad, the staff didn't speak English or Arabic, it was so hard to communicate, the triple room was toooo small for 3 people, they charged me more than I used in the minibar but I couldn't communicate that I didn't use them so I just paid.
- Cleanliness is average, one of the staff is a bit rude
