Asrin Park Hotel & Spa Convention Center

Property was clean but internet was terrible and we couldn’t properly get in touch with our friends and families back home, they advertised w that they have internet but didn’t tell you that it is very slow that was really bad.. Furthermore it was hard to communicate with staff also , because they couldn’t speak English specially front desk employees . Not even the simple broken English.

Was close to some restaurants.I suggest before reserve any hotel in turkey make sure they have good internet connection and they speak some English otherwise they look at you like you’re from different plant.

Great hotel with plenty of free parking we stayed here over night between istanbul and cappadocia. The staff were great and very helpful. There are a number of cafes and restaurants close by

Everything was good

CLEAN AND EASY TO REACH

RESTAURANT IS CLOSED

This is a ghost hotel all lights have been turned off Wi-Fi not working lift very slow only one available. This hotel is bankrupt or has some other problems. Do not even think of wasting your time or money. You will regret it

LOCATION, WIFI, STAFF, CLEANLINESS

BATHROOM SHOWER WAS BROKEN, SLOW BIDET WATER, NO DENTAL KIT,

Good price and clean and tidy rooms.

Entire hotel absolutely reeks of tobacco smoke. Obvious that many people had been smoking in the room I was in.

the price, it was cheap. that’s where the positives end, now onto negatives!

-They were serving the same breakfast every morning, and the disgusting hotdog sausages.-I paid for multiple nights, yet I would be locked out of my room after 12:00 day after day.-The beds were uncomfortable.-The sheets were not clean and the pillows had a smell that I started coughing and had to put my jacket as a pillow cover to sleep a few hours until I set the alarm for the breakfast(which I went down once) and ate the other days outside, turkey is cheap.-The vending machine wasn’t working so I had to go outside the hotel at night to buy a drink or snack.-they don’t do room service after midnight, I was really hungry.-the wifi is far from some rooms making it really annoying to watch anything on YouTube or Netflix as it would buffer a lot.

Very good service , fast and try to help me for everything.

In the start I get room , whit mirror broken , not clean . Whit problem in the save box . After my call to ricaption changed my room . But in the other room have agen problem Whit the save box's.

The property it’s self is really nice lovely reception, rooms are big , beds are comfortable.

It was cold and dark they didn’t put on any lights in reception not very welcoming. Breakfast was already plated so no choice . The breakfast area was next to the door and it was open all the time it was 8 degrees in the morning, we ask them to close it they said it was to make things fresh. everyone was sitting at breakfast with their jackets on . The rooms were also cold we had to ask for Ac remote to put some heating in the room. Rooms had a kettle but no cups tea or coffee. Bar was never open at night . So none of the facilities it said they had.

it was clean and convenient

my family was told to cancel the booking and re do the booking directly with them
