Deeps Hostel Ankara

Room is comfortable, location is central. Clean bed and walls, furniture.

Bring your own toilet paper and soap. There's no paper in wc and soap has way too much water in it.

Only location of the hostel is theaubject that I sutisfy with

The room was so dirty and it was located in the basement floor.From the picture in the website, I expeted to have a room with good view, but when I got there, I found out a different thing. There were also kithn in front of door that was noisy.

Perfect location, good facilities, perfect staff Mr Burkan can speak many languages and very friendly and helpful

The price was affordable/budget-friendly.

Safety & Comfort: The room was freezing cold (felt below zero), and the temperature control/AC was malfunctioning.Facilities: The shower was broken, and the kitchen was filthy/unhygienic.Staff & Noise: Completely unprofessional behavior. The manager hosted friends (soldiers) in the common area who played loud music and scrolled through Instagram without headphones until 5:00 AM.Management: When I complained about the noise, the response was dismissive ("That's just how it is"), showing zero respect for guests' sleep.

Everything was good. Escpacilally location is excellent, it is near to metro, city centre, restaurants ect.

Easy to find the place. Recommended for a short stay.

The bedsheet didn't clean well.

Central location: lots of shops, restaurants, and bars just a few steps away. Low price. Could be okay for a short stay.

The hostel is not well-maintained and could have been better cleaned. Some facilities are in a poor condition but it looks like nobody cares: for example, changing shower hoses and water taps in the bathrooms could be cheap and easy. I would also suggest buying new towels and bedsheets, which wouldn’t cost a fortune but could much improve the service.

Very very clean place, kitchen, common areas and room were perfectly fine. Super nice staff !

The biggest problem was one employee—spiteful and unfriendly—who made me feel uncomfortable in a place I was paying to be in. Every interaction with him ended with him doing something just to annoy me. His go-to response was always a dismissive “because no,” usually accompanied by a smug smile that made it clear he had no intention of actually solving or handling anything.

The hostel is located in a centtral area in Ankara; grocery stores nearby, so does a metro station.The property is cleaned daily and well-kept.Downstairs there is kitchen suitable for basic cooking.Beds are comfortable; there are plugs on the wall so you can charge your phone. Curtains installed too.Berkay, one of the managers, is intelligent, friendly and sociable, and we had some interesting conversations together which I appreciated much!

Wifi speed is too low, and is it not suitable for working or for basic searching whatsoever.What left me a bad impression was the other manager of the hostel: In my opinion, he was impolite and did not acted in a way I expect a manager should do.During the cleaning time we were asked to leave the common area even though no one disturbed the cleaning procedures.

This is the best hostel ever. The staff are superfriendly and helpful, the location is great. The rooms are clean, everything like piping and electricity and wifi worked very well while I was there. The kitchen area is well-equipped and clean. There are many dining options nearby, several supermarkets and small kiosks. The hostel is close to one of the main metro lines and within walking distance of many important sightseeing destinations in Ankara. You can also walk to the other main metro line in less than 15 minutes. Overall fantastic experience, I could return to Ankara only to stay here.

I liked everything about Deeps Hostel and have no complaints.

The room was clean and warm. The staff were nice and polite.

The was not cleaned properly and there were some trash left behind the curtain from previous guests and on the bed....

Location is great !

No separate male/female rooms, and the room is right next to the reception so you can hear people outside talking

Bathroom/Beds are good and clean

Wifi was bad
