The air conditioner didn¿t work well

This is not a 5 star hotel, at least not by European standards, especially in terms of the bathroom (size and amenities). There is no paper city map available at the reception.

The location was good as it was near to where our friends are. But the bed was far too soft and it gave us a backache as a result. Also. The room was far too hot and it was no way to reduce the temperature. We had to call the reception to ask them to send a fan as we could not sleep. The technician could not solve the problem and there was no fan available. He could only opened the windows which had double glazing to let in some air, very disappointed since it is considered a 5 star hotel. Secondly, we were disappointed as the staff made an issue when our friend came to visit us. We invited him to our superior deluxe room so that we could catch up but was told he could only stay for an hour despite him handling over his particulars. There was no intention of him staying overnight in our room as all we wanted was some privacy to talk. There was nothing written in the hotel Terms and Conditions that we are not allowed to have our guest in our room.

#pool except swimming pool water was too cold not suitable for swimming,staff said we have problem we can’t warming water.

Friendly staff. Clean and spacious rooms.Restaurant was good. Breakfast variety and quality great.

Wifi wasn’t strong

The first room was dirty, the second room smelt like cigarettes and the third room was with view to the fire escape stairs and a wall.Rude staff that don’t speak English in the spa and roof restaurant.They charged us for using the swimming pool and sauna 700 TL/person. Whirlpool wasn’t working, pool was cold and steam room was without steam. Only 1 of 2 saunas was on.

It is clean. Location is good.

It is getting old. Room service wasnt sufficient. No enough paper cups, teabags, etc. bathroom facilities are not well maintained.

Good location

I paid for upgrade room.But they give me standard room.There was a problem with wi fi internet.Instead for solution they offered me to downgrade my room where they have Wi-Fi.That’s why I had to turn on my roaming internet which cost me extra expense.

We stayed in room 723. It was a perfect King bed for 2 adults and 4years old kid. Check in was smooth.Spa was outstanding. Steam, Sauna and Hamam. Service was 10/10.Its close to best pubs and night clubs. Locations is very good.

Everything was perfect except two things.Many dont speak english and they dont have lactose and gluten free options for breakfast.

The view of the city was really great. The Spa facilites do make a difference on a cold day. In addition to that, the staff is very helpful and ready to assist, despite the language barriers which are sometimes obvious. Kindness has its own way to prevail and if a request is not well understood, it will certainly be relayed to somebody else for clarifications. I will definitely return when in Ankara.

Breakfast was terrible Location was good

Breakfast was terrible, 1- Everything in breakfast is not fresh ,4 nights My family and I stay in hotel,Everyday starts with many kinds of cheeses smell bad and vomiting,we didn’t like any things 2-no teabags like mint tea and etc!!!!3-no capuccino,cafe latte… just simple coffee 4-no fresh juice 5-we found eggs in serving dishs old not fresh I think it is not related to 5 star hotel ,there is no manager in restaurant ,this is main problem Old fashion disign hotel

The mattresses could be better

My room was super comfortable. The staff are all incredibly nice and helpful. Breakfast options are limitless - best breakfast I’ve had at a hotel.

Everything is good but breakfast is amazing. There are so many options and it is very good in taste. Staff are friendly and helpful.

it was clean

Don’t go there if you are a private person and specifically if you are a family. Staff is very arrogant and they won’t even order a taxi for you. We paid more than other hotels so we could use the pool, but it didn’t work when we came. They didn’t know how long it will take to fix it. They answer very arrogantly. The give a good service to pilots from Turkish airline and other staff of airlines but not a private person.

not much to not like about a 5 star hotel, it was clean and comfortable, with a great breakfast. also super convenient that the ticket booking office was right next door.

you expect a lot more from a 5 star hotel and Latanya had a few shortcomings, the air conditioning was leaking, the shower hose was broken, their was no hair dryer either
