Clean & well managed

Was very clean & staff was very nice , bed rooms were very small, bed mattresses were not comfortable, curtains were not properly fitted so that too much sunlight in the room early morning in the room, Air conditioning was not working properly, air flow was very low, but breakfast was excellent

First stay in Ankara and the hotel has a perfect location next to some bars and really the staff and whole experience was 5 star. Will be staying here again when I come back.

I recently stayed at Raymar and had a very pleasant experience. Traveled solo. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast wasn’t extraordinary, but it had everything necessary for a good start to the day: fresh simit, omelette, a variety of cheeses, veggies, sliced meats, and olives. The ladies serving breakfast were so kind and attentive. The room was clean and cozy. Stuff was coming to clean it every day

Only the location was central. The breakfast staff was good and made us feel welcomed.

The reception staff was very unfriendly and rude. They didn’t entertain us properly, or even bothered to smile. Only few people speak English there, so good luck communicating with them. The Hotel’s air conditioning was not working since they had turned on heating centrally. When we said we’re feeling hot, they said just open the window. Guess what, there is a club nearby which plays music till late midnight. There were mosquitoes in the room since we had to open the window a bit. The neighbourhood was noisy we were not able to sleep well. Rooms were not properly isolated, you can literally hear the neighbours speaking or moving their stuff.

The showers and valet service is great.

Valet service stole Lira from centre console. The entire building air-conditioning does not accommodate seperate room temperature settings. During our stay the entire building was on heating. Literally slept in sweat for 2 nights. Disgusting. Breakfast is average.

The location was good

The smell in the room was really bad Internet connection was so bad. Stuff didn't speak English that much. Only one of them spoke good English. There was a one lady in the restaurant during the breakfast. She was really nice.

Great location-main shopping street and restaurants are just around the corner. Sound insulation was very good, you won’t get disturbed by the noise. I loved the cleanliness everyone ? The location is awful despite the center. If you need quite sleep forget about it. Non stop music until 01:00 A. M. The bar is located just in first floor.The beds are very uncomfortable. I think because of artificial materials. There is not cotton.

Raymar Hotel is a very nice structure located in a lively central area of the city, full of restaurants and cafes. The personnel is very kind and available and the room and bathroom are comfortable and clean, equipped with drinking water, tea set, and bathroom accessories. The breakfast is abundant and good.

It is a minor aspect, because the reception is very welcoming and always available to help, but some more English speaking capability at the counter desk would be appreciated.

Location is close to everything

On weekends it is a very noisy neighborhood, but expected as it is the the center of Ankara
