Horrible and overpriced

Staff didn’t speak English, old furniture, dirty room, that smelled like smoke. Was the worse experience I had in a long time, especially for the money I paid! Never ever stay in this hotel… I have more things to complain about

I asked reception to fix the aircondition tow times but not fixed until my check-out

Staff were friendly. The breakfast was tasty and nice. Room was clean.

There was no shuttle bus from airport to hotel despite you advert there is shuttle bus. The WiFi wasn’t working when I asked a staff, she asked me birth certificate to sort the problem but I had no birth certificate with me.

Ideally situated close to the airport...The staff are very pleasant and helpful, a credit to the hotel.

Expensive for a self proclaimed 5* which it clearly wasn't. 3* at a push. The hotel is outdated and in need of serious renovation.

I don't understand why this hotel has such low score. Indeed it's an older hotel, some carpets are used, some flaws here and there, and it would need a refreshment. However, it was clean, decent food in the restaurant and nice spa. It's proximity to the airport is an advantage.I'd book it again if I should travel to Ankara again.

Facilities in poor condition. Broken hangers, all ACs out of order, bath tub cannot be properly opened nor closed.

The location was great being so close the airport. The gym on site is exceptional for a hotel gym as it was more of a commercial gym and a hotel one.

Due to the time of the year, the air-con was not on however the fan was slowly turning which meant warm air was being blown into the room. When asked the facilities came to assess but were unable to fix . Another room was offered but it was explained that the same issue could of occurred.

Nothing. I should have followed the low rating and not stay here. I was tempted though by the Thermal which is not that good anyhow.

How much space I have here? A very worn out and dated hotel. My main issue of complaint is the climate control. I can understand that the airconditioning system is not set to summer conditions yet. Hence, I switched it off. However, the central system continued to blow hot (28 degrees) air into my room. I complained, but apparently that could not be stopped. I managed to get some sleep by moving the heavy matrass to the floor, just at the open door to the balcony. My feet were hot and my head was cold. There were many more technical issues. Also, the staff does not speak any English, which is remarkable for a hotel close to the airport of Turkey capital Ankara. My recommendation; DO NOT STAY HERE.

Its a poor 3 star hotel, a lot of wear and tear with old fixtures.

Rooms, bed, old

The hotel has a definite style and it was great to see a complete honeycomb on display for breakfast. Our room was clean and huge. (It appears to have been two rooms knocked into one.)The gifts of biscuits and fresh fruit was nice.

The decor was tired and there were old fittings and bare wires everywhere. The hotel seemed to be overstaffed and did not cater to international travellers. (Very few of the staff spoke any English.) The location was great in terms of being relatively near the airport but it is a long way from the centre of Ankara.

Key doesnt work, we told them and wait for a while need to keep the pressure to fix the issue.We wait half hour with kids some one to turn up şn front pf the door.called reception 3 times.generally not clean att all .facilities dirty or borken old

Absolutely horrible place. Like a ghost house. Most of the rooms were empty with doors open and beds up because of humidity problems in the hotel. Hotel is very old and demands huge investment for repars and functionalities. PoolImpossible to use. Cold water, dirty, old.

Disappointing

The hotel's address is incorrect: they state they're near the airport, but the address is actually a gas station. We had to go back to the airport and get a taxi to reach the actual address. And we were not the only ones tricked like this. So that's why I give a very low rating for the hotel, even the hotel itself is OK.

Close to the airport, high quality hotel. Room spacious and bed very comfortable. Top quality spa and thermal section with absolutely admirable service. Best choice both for business and leasure stay ✨
