Cons -
- There is need for the hotel to replace towels and linens with new ones.
- Non of the staff could talk English witch made it difficult to communicate. As a 4 star hotel I was expecting fair service, including the dishes they where using but instead they were not even using glass cups in the room. There were dust on the tea maker which ment the room was not that cleanAnd they disabled the video call in their WiFi service.
