The Wings Hotels Ankara - Neva Palas

The care by the staff was wonderful. Also terrific breakfast.

Loved how close the hotel was to the Kocatepe mosque! Nice walkable streets nearby and rooms were exceptional. Kind staff, good breakfast.

location- beautiful design

very expensive breakfast in compaired with other places and you cant choose usual one.

Comfortable, helpful staff, good location.

The door was hard to lock and would latch.

A very nice hotel. Central location. Great breakfast buffet, clean rooms, a selection of pillows, tea and coffee sets in the rooms.

WLAN tends to disconnect quite often. The personnel (other than the reception staff) speak no English at all, but that's a common issue in Ankara.

Location close to restaurants, very practical! Clean rooms, nice decor, very friendly staff. Option to book breakfast spontaneously when wanted (we did that once, it was good).

The AC did not work well. Fortunately the windows opened wide, which helped. No fan in the bathroom which bothered us a bit. Some towels looked like they needed to be replaced. No major complaints; it was an enjoyable visit!

The Hotel was very clean.

Chek in. We arrived at 17:00 but our room still not ready for cheked in. And staff was okay about that.

Nice hotel in good location. Helpful staff.

Shower ok, but water temp could be slightly hotter.

Nice location and good rooms - comfortable bed. Breakfast was great.

The hotel and staff were very friendly super nice very helpful with everything that you needed. The on-site restaurant was very affordable as well as the room service and anything else that you needed. The room that I stayed in which was a deluxe king room had plenty of room for a single person or even a couple with a separate seating area with the table. It was also centrally located from a lot of the restaurants in the shops and everything which made it nice as well everything was within walking distance.

Only thing possibly didn't like was the size of the bathroom of very small compared to what I'm used to. And even though the room had a keen bed it was kind of a firmer harder bed than it's not my liking but other people might like it but it just wasn't the most comfortable for me.

Good location CleanGood room floor, you can walk without slippers

Wifi connection way is complicated They don’t allow visitors Breakfast expensive and mediocre in types.AC is not sufficient it takes time to cool.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, close to everything I needed, and the room was very comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I stayed here already a couple of times, as it is close to my business clients. The staff is kind and helpful, the breakfast is excellent (they provided a lunch bag on the last day as I left before breakfast started).

This time, the place was full of loud guests (mostly students and families), my neighbour was extra loud - and the walls does not prevent much of the noise (so bring your earplugs in case similar happens!). Wifi was not usable this time, because of the youngsters using it on all floors in all rooms.

It was clean and the location was good. There was a compliment offering of fruits on arrival.

Small room with too much furniture. The furniture itself was strange and not practical. The shelf for the suitcase fell off when i put the shelf. The safe deposit box was not connected to the wall, so it could be lifted and get out easily. The view was horrible. There is just one parking spot for non-electric vehicles and the vale wanted to park my car. I told him that i can do it, but he was insisting. At the end they wanted to leave them my key, which I couldnt since it is on my phone, they got frustrated. Breakfast was small. There wasnt buffet since there were too few guests, so they served us a plate with few things and a big plate of french fries ... for breakfast ... strange. The coffee was awful as well.
