My name is murat.p .i was stayed 2 nights there with my wife . Hotel is perfect and close to all restaurants and bars also close to armada mall...I prefer you all guys

The location is good.

The decoration of the terras suit was quite old fashioned, no sitting furniture at terras. Based on the price that we are paying I think the rooms are quite poorly decorated.

I had a great spa treatment by Ms. Ekin, which was the only thing positive about my experience at the hotel.

I had a very disappointing stay at Wyndham Ankara. The hotel and rooms are clearly outdated and poorly maintained. The air conditioner wasn’t working, and even though it was quite warm inside, it was impossible to cool the room because they disable the cooling function outside of summer months — which is unacceptable for a five-star property.The bathtub couldn’t be emptied because the drain button was broken. The customer service line was often unavailable, and when I finally managed to reach someone, they didn’t seem to care about the issues at all.To make things worse, my room was cleaned despite having a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door. This shows a serious lack of coordination and respect for guests’ privacy.Overall, I believe this hotel suffers from major managerial problems, which are clearly reflected in the staff’s attitude and the poor maintenance. Definitely not the quality one would expect from a Wyndham-branded hotel.

Very clean and staff are amazing. Arthur got me set up until my room was ready bringing me blanket. He was so nice and helpful.

Location

Incredibly noisy...loud music until 1am on both Friday and Saturday night. Location might be great during the day but becomes shocking at night due to the extremely loud noise. Had upgraded to a suite that bore the full brunt of the music. Staff are indifferent. Breakfast was so full (on a Saturday morning) that I needed to wait for a table. Room is dated. Gym is adequate but not great.

Location and easy access to eateries.

Room was extremely stuffy and I tried to switch aircon on to get the room cooler but the aircon has note that it only sets to heating. I tried to open the window but needed to close it as the soccer field below carried on making a noise until after midnight. Then at 1am I was again woken up by screaming guests having an extended argument with their hotel room door open and them standing in the passage shouting followed up by the same people playing their TV at high volume. Woke up with a splitting headache and very little sleep.

The breakfast was incredibly varied each morning, the food presented was fresh and delicious. The location is close enough to almost everything around the city and the shopping center near the hotel made the location highly convenient. The staff were incredibly accommodating, they were able to provide us with check in earlier than the assigned time, and made sure we had access to breakfast upon our early arrival.

My stay at Wyndham hotel was excellent overall. The cleanliness was remarkable, and the pleasant aroma throughout the property left a great impression. The breakfast was delightful, featuring a variety of options, hot coffee, and the convenience of a Nespresso machine in the room. While the hotel was very clean, carpets tend to attract hair and debris, which may not be the most hygienic choice. That said, I truly enjoyed my experience here and would recommend it.

Fantastic overall! We had simply a great time thanks to a wonderful staff, very helpful and great facilities from hamman to gym and all furnished suites. Great breakfast and we enjoyed the position with an easy access to the offer of restaurants in front and fast way to the other areas of the city by metro or taxi. I hosted here my family for a wedding weekend and they all were very happy!

Many thanks to the staff for their hospitality and high level of service. The breakfast is varied. The room service works well, the cuisine is excellent.

The pool opens only at noon. I would really like to combine the opening time with the fitness center, so that after the morning workout there would be an opportunity to swim in the pool. The spa center is overloaded, you can’t get a regular massage. It would be great if there was an opportunity to book the spa at the same time as booking a room.

The hotel, breakfast served, rooms and SPA is great!

The room temperature cannot be adjusted at all as they are usinya central heating system! The room was around 26 degrees Celsius, almost impossible to sleep. We had to keep the window open in the middle of the winter! Surely a waste of energy!
