Ankara Hilton

Nothing it really needs to be renovated

The hotel is Dusty and old overall. Room is old. You need to swipe your card in in elevator and the room door which never works since it's the old technology not the quick touch thing. The bell boys and prople at the door to get your cabs are rude.

Filiz was great, she did great job

l like the breakfast and the hotel connected with the street take you to the must attraction Street and shopping in Ankara. so nice ?

Excellent facilities, comfortable stay, fresh food and friendly staff, especially valets and greeters (the reception staff could learn some smile and friendly attitude).

Very good Perfect service Goood location More polite Reception

We had a wonderful stay. The reception staff were lovely and incredibly helpful. A special thank you to Bugra, who was very friendly and kindly arranged an extra bed at no additional cost — a thoughtful and much appreciated gesture.

The staff at the breakfast area was very attentive. Oktay, in particular, made me feel welcome. His hospitality was unparalleled.

Overall, the country felt heavily securitized. While the police and overall security checks were reassuring, it was a bit jarring to be surrounded by so much security and to undergo security checks.

Staff with smiling faces were amazing. They were quite helpful and approachable. Location of the hotel always matters to me and it really worked here. Cleanliness was above moderate level, however carpets must be changed.

Food in the hotel is pretty expensive when it’s compared to outside restaurants which is a good reason to try the nearby tastes. Luckily it is in the center and there are so many good restaurants around it.

The bed was extremely comfortable And good view

It’s a bit hidden The restaurant prices are to high

Staff very friendly location is wonderful. My room had a beautiful view.

The furniture is inside the bedrooms and the bathroom little outdated does need upgrade. Some of the furniture is a chip on timbers. I think it will be wonderful if they can upgrade the furniture and carpet

The Executive Lounge (and especially the manager of the lounge who was super helpful)

Breakfast was always so crowded (even at 7am !)

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was exceptional, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ankara. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. While I was resting in my room, they generously offered complimentary sweets and other delights. Additionally, the breakfast was fantastic; I absolutely loved it.

staff, rooms, breakfast, location

Staff is perfect, almost everybody is doing their best for your comfort Especially Mine at the restaurant is always acting like Speedy Gonzales for your needs.

It is very strange for such an hotel that running of parking facilities was outsourced

despite aging but it’s well maintained

the corridor to the rooms could be brighter or lit up?

Beautiful, modern, very well kept. Staff very helpful. Breakfast buffet is to die for!

Excellent location, very nice staff, great conditions

The room was 13floor no smoke smell

Everything fine

For the price of the rooms I was expecting something better.

I will keep it short. I should have only book for one night to see the hotel. The way they treat you it’s insane you feel like you are a thief! Also the rooms are not that good, the showers are not that good. This hotel can’t be a 5 star hotel.

Front desk manager was professional in addressing the issue we had

The staff at the dinner restaurants provided awful service. They could be more professional and need a lot of training.
