The staff are very unprofessional specially the staff in the reception are very very rude .I need to call them 20 times to bring us water bottles, they trying to make every thing to charge you a little bit more money, you feel that you are in a hostel and not in 5 star hotels “ i have been almost in all 5 star hotels in ankara” and i never had seen 5 star hotel like this , really shameful .

It’s recomended as the best hotel in Ankara. The location and staff is goid. Size of the room is perfect.

It’s called a luxury collection, but the quality is poor. Rooms furniture, bathroom is low class to average. Comparing other hotels that I stayed in the world. Minibar and bathroom is very poor quality. Like a cheap motel.

All perfect. Mainly staffs.Very clean and cozy. I kept feeling that I had been in Vancouver, Canada.Good restaurant.

I have dealt with Yağmur at reception for my check in and she was just wonderful to deal with. She has gone above and beyond to make the experience very easy and pleasant and also offered so many extras. It was wonderful to deal with her.

I arrived 9:am and was greeted by Yogmur who was kind enough to find a room and an immediate upgrade to a suite ????

Room size. Very polite personnel. Location awesome. Responsiveness. Lobby of Sheraton is outstanding, interior is excellent.

There was no official notice that the pool is not available. Not on this platform at least. That is very disappointing and deceive, especially if the pool is priority factor for choosing these two hotels.Room was not clean. There was hair everywhere on floor. All surfaces were just smudged. Bad was very cleaned although.

Breakfast "à la carte" copious and very good. The gym is super equipped. The staff is super kind.

We liked to much your staff attitude and the cleanness of the hotel, the room was so comfortable and quite and friendly ambient. The reception staff so professional and during our stay we are thankful for their help; especially Aysima was very helpful and quick responder to our request. All were very kind and we would like definitely to be there again.

Lovely hotel with good breakfast options. Well located to check out the area but not close to central Ankara - we took a taxi to the Citadel and Museum. Sauna, Jacuzzi and steam room fabulous. Room was great. Staff very helpful.

Drinks and food at the hotel a bit over priced

very dated hotel, in need of serious renovation. shower was old and hotel air conditioning didn’t work!

I was very pleased with the the room AND service. The team was so professional and attentive - and the air conditioning was excellent which as we know, can be challenging in Türkiye.

My room card kept getting demagnetized when I entered the hotel from the metal detector. That was a bit inconvenient.
