Really bad hotel

He didn’t want to pay by booking, he want just pay cush, and the humain in reception not good in service and the hotel not clean, and its really bad to add to my room a drinks and jus with chocolate free and when we want a leave the room we add a fees to invoice and we pay for all of this, and my children has 5 years old, He took the chocolate from my daughter's hand and refused to give it to her until she paid him, even though we did not ask for these extras in our room and in other hotels we would get them for free. This is not good behavior.

Overall it's a good experience, close by the city center like 10 minutes walking. Food is good, comfortable bed but the room size was quite small.

Breakfast was amazing. Every day there were light meals prepared with a special recipe. Breakfast was rich in all elementsCarbohydrates, Proteins, Healthy Fats, Vegetables, Fruits, Milk and Alternatives, Grains and Cereal Products, Various Other Products Available. I liked them. Thanks so much.???

I was alone there. It would be great if I could go with my family. The reason was that there were enough conditions to be with the family. I was very happy with the Niza Park Hotel Team.???

Breakfast was a good buffet, a lot of variation. hotel is clean, staff is nice. Good room service.

For the entire duration of the stay (4 nights) they were unable to fix the internet, we had no internet in the room, I checked with two different phones, different floors of the hotel. Only the reception had internet, everywhere else there was an empty wi-fi signal but without internet. I also had to change the room because the heating couldn't be turned off, second room was better.

I stayed here again with my family. At first it is family friendly and the staff including the receptionists, the trolley boy, the waiters, and the cleaners all are very polite, understanding and do very well. It was great the when we arrived the trolley boy was same who welcomed us last time also and he recognised us. Due to bit language barrier didn't ask names. The waiters were so nice that my wife used to cm n ask for heating/warming her lunch and they used to give her good help. Im very happy i stayed again with u. See u again soon.

Only that thr must b a hole for water to pass easily if its on floor in washroom. This time in room 309 the bath ? didnt hav good level to pass water to hole and it used to collect at one place. Secondly the beds should b bit more better to make it comfortable enough ? hope to see this change next time.

Staff were very helpful. The room was a good size. There are lots of restaurants nearby, as well as shopping streets within a few minutes' walk.

The room was very hot when the windows were closed. The air-conditioning didn't work (no cooling available). It was noisy outside, even into the night, so sleeping with the windows open was difficult (2nd floor, front corner of the hotel).Internet access worked most of the time, but cut off from time to time, despite the Wi-Fi signal remaining good.The TV did not receive any channels (no signal).Before arriving, the hotel had quoted USD 30 for a taxi from the airport, which I agreed, but when paying at the hotel I was told there is tax to be added, making it USD 40. That makes 33.3% tax - really?

The hotel is clean and the staff is very kind. The breakfast was very good with a varied range of options to chose from. The location is perfect, quiet, near many embassies and It is quite easy to reach the key points of Ankara.

Quiet location

The mattress need to be changed. Why? It 'sunk'

Helpful staff, they even helped us order delivery since it needed Turkey phone number.The room is clean, comfortable & quiet.Good value for money.

The only issue was that the water in the shower would come out from both shower head and tap.

There was noise every night especially on the weekend from a close bar. They reduced the volume around midnight which was not catastrophic but it was difficult to sleep before midnight.

Very good location and the nearby grocery shop owner was so kind and communicated in English. One of the employees (Murat) was very helpful and friendly and I’m so grateful for him.

Poor ironing equipment (see photos). The iron and ironing board were of very poor quality and they took the iron from the room without asking us. They gave it back to us after I asked for it.

The location of this hotel was very good, and upon arrival, they gave us the room before the check-in time, and the staff were very polite and kind.

The pillows of the hotel were destroyed due to the excessive washing of the materials inside.
