The location is safe, and free parking , the staff was amazing, responsive and kind

The breakfast options were very poor , the eggs are from a package and did not taste well, the rooms are ok for one night, but not a prolonged stay the rooms need maintenance, the pillows are small, and the ac was not cooling properly,

The fact that a lot of games were incomplete or not working, there was a gameroom which was closed; arcademachine was behind closed bars.Also they didn’t have a toiletbrush which is a must in any hotel!We had two rooms and neither one of them had one.

Rooms dirty. Bed uncomfortable. Description between ibis and novohotel not clear. (Diffrent rooms and service between them ,but same location.) Restaurant over priced.Overall disappointed for the price payed

We order family room or connect room and put them in two separate rooms, breakfast awful, two staff for service is very few, the food was still missing.

I super love our overnight stay from a long car/auto travel. Breakfast was really good. The family room was big and clean. Lots of entertainment/ play corner for kids.

Noise from kids jumping, screaming and shouting can be heard in our room at 11pm.

Really great with kids. Room was spacious. Pool clean. Lots of entertainment for the kids. Restaurant was lovely. Staff very nice. Overall would recommend.

No tea or coffee facilities in the room.

Good hotel for an overnight heading down to the 3 valleys. Family room was large and clean. Beds not massively comfortable but all perfectly acceptable. Buffet breakfast good and lots of parking.

The restaurant for the dinner, you have to pay of course but the chef is very good. The breakfast is very good also, this was included in my case. The bed, very confortable. All in general, it is a very different hotel, I’ve liked it.

Old Arcade games didn't work, and kids were hoping that they would play

There was a solid sound on the window side. I could not sleep well. Also the settings of hot water is not working correctly. Both of the problems are related to room. So I was unlucky. Normally it is good place for families.

Last minute booking on a Friday night driving back from Alps. Arrived hoping for dinner to find restaurant fully booked and the whole place packed with families driving down for skiing over NY. BUT cheerful check in staff, pizzas at the bar and a huge buzz about the place made it very memorable - well done all, but especially the fantastic barman who cooked the pizzas!

Friendly stuff, everything you need is there, clean and comfortable. The kids were super excited, there is a kids place to play, ping pong, table football. But the breakfast is an art on itself. In Europe you won’t find a better breakfast in a hotel. Definitely recommend

Clean, cheap, amazing breakfast, kids area

Although sparse in presentstion,breakfast was of reasonable quality,and had very good tea.The orange squeezer was a surprise. The only thing in the room ,with which I was pleased, was the presence of a bath. The bleak wasteland outside the window had no noise sources,and the room was generally quiet.

Room facilities were of an extremely basic standard for the price.No fridge,no kettle,no safe.The hideously decorated separate WC did not even have a toilet brush.One side of the bed had no shelf or table of any sort. Although there were sheets of the normal standard,the mattress was made extremely uncomfortable by a strange piece of very soft foam,wrapped in a plastic cover,which had a hot clinging feel,and prevented the bottom sheet being properly tensioned.I have been in ten beds during the last 4 weeks- this was the worst. There was no adequate light in any part of the room except the lobby,which is of no use for paperwork..

As soon as we walked into the reception, there was a beautiful smell of coconut perfumes. This was definitely the best smelling ibis I have ever stayed in!

That you had to pay 5€ to use the swimming pool.

Close to Convention Centre, staff friendly.Breakfast was good and staff there very helpful.Swimming pool very welcome!!

Parking very busy during our stay especially at night. The service was very slow the first two nights in the restaurent, ate elsewhere the other nights.

We had a very pleasant time-off resting during a long road trip. The hotel is very neat and stylishly decorated. Staff were welcoming. Private parking was available, which is very convenient.

Phones in both rooms to get reception were not working. Not sure if this was occasional, or if they were deliberately disconnected / put out of service.

Good location of the hotel for visiting the Stade de Lyon, close to the highway, quiet location.Friendly and helpful ladies at the reception desk, trouble-free and fast check-in and check-out.Baggage carts are available at the exits from the individual blocks of the hotel.For breakfast there was a choice of several types of coffee (very good) or hot chocolate.

At the time of our check-in, it was difficult to find a free parking space, it was free in the parking lot quite far from the reception.Although it doesn't look like it from the outside, the hotel is quite large and a bit of a labyrinth. Very limited breakfast buffet, no vegetables.
