Premiere Classe Lyon Est Bron Eurexpo

Price was good. Parking was secure with a gate amd code.

Shower was difficult to get the right temperature and the shower head didn't fit in the holder so had to use 1 hand to hold it the entire shower.

The hotel fully matched our expectations and the photos. The room was very clean, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Having a private parking area was a big plus.

It was available and convenient

Very small, bed sheets were stained, toilet bathroom was tiny, room was cold and heating not working, light wasn’t working when we got in the room too.

Comfortable and friendly staff.

Linen had traces of previous usage: not ironed and dark doted residues

Good for stay with dog

Not ventilation. Shower and toilet made together in plastic capsule, and floor of this above common floor, as result water everywhere if washing dog.

- Good location for a stop over- stay (odd area but good access to main road)- Beds were surprisingly comfortable and ok for one night stay.- Easy check in. - WiFi worked perfectly. - Air-conditioning was perfect for our 35°c heat we had. - Safe enclosed parking.- Fr8endly staff.

- It is in a odd location (industrial area almost, not a big issue to me, but maybe worth mentioning)- The rooms and bathrooms especially the bathrooms could use an upgrade. - It could be cleaner, I have my own cleaning wipes. That I used to clean the bathroom before we used it, as I wasn't convinced it was clean "enough"

Quite clean

Very compact, the shower & toilet is very small, no toilet paper provide (or very little)

The parking space

The bathroom and the toilet is too small, there is no foot cleaning when coming out from the bathroom or toilet, the hotel is like hostel, please try and reduce the price and always give discounts.

Nightmare

The hotel staff did not send me the code to open the entrance gate to the hotel (the gate is closed after 9 PM), and I almost had to spend the night on the street. The room was 30 degrees Celsius, the air conditioning was not working, and the window couldn't be opened as it was broken. Instead of two towels, there was only one in the room. Overall, it was a nightmare.

Proximity with the stadium

The size of the room and bathroom, it was not well clean, it was not comfortable either. I didn’t sleep well. Not a lot for breakfast too.

Self check in

Cleanliness was shocking. Mouldy shower curtain and condom wrappers underneath the bed

The hotel is well placed for the EURExpo convention centre, which is convenient but it means you pay far more than it is worth when you go during popular events. It is clean and functional, but nothing more than that.

It is a really basic hotel, old, not very well maintained. The walls are thin, everything is rather run down, and there are minimal services.

Lovely staff and clean though aged room

Location was really good 5 min walk to a bus stop. Shopping centre and McDonald’s

Very small shower
