Staff was welcoming, friendly, and helpful.

While marketed as Lyon Eurexpo, it is not in walking distance of the actual entrance and will require an Uber to get there.Room was extremely cold (2,6 °C), requiring to blast the heater to not freeze.I asked for a fridge to store my medication and was denied.Breakfast had some spoiled food, with unedible eggs.Some areas were not cleaned, with a huge chocolate smear staying on the floor for multiple days in the cafetaria.The restaurant was closed.

Very small room but excellent fittings with a real wardrobe and usable desk space.More equipment than expected for the price- kettle ,aircon,heated towel rail.Appears newly decorated with new comfortable beds.There is a BATH. Good breakfast with real orange juice,fresh fruit,eggs and boiling water supply for tea. Unexpectedly, there is a weekday cooked lunch- starter,choice of 3 freshly cooked to order main courses,various cakes and desserts. The neighbourhood of Euro Expo is verynoverpriced,and the Kyriad is excellent value.It is also the nearest hotel to Bron airport.

The little space outside, there was everything needed

Only in my room the toilet seat was yellowed, but overall it was a nice place. Paying more attention to details would make it even better. Still, it was very good overall, with a great price, and there was even a hair dryer and everything you might need

Really helpful and kind staff on reception. We did not use any of the facilities outside the room. Facilities in the room were basic but worked appropriately. No real complaints.

Staff is very pleasant and welcoming, rooms are cosy and beds are very comfortable. Kettle with tea and coffee available in the bedroom. Close to a restaurant and located opposite Koesio.

The room is very small with only a few plug sockets, the bed was very hard, the bath towels were stained and the room was not very clean. The bathroom was very small and the bath was dirty with a shower fitted over the bath. The staff were nice and very friendly.

There were gypsy travellers in there caravans all around the hotel which is waste land and my window looked direct onto them where they were very noisy.

Easy check-in with helpful receptionist. The facilities were comfortable, hot drinks maker in the room.

Very quiet, clean, good-sized rooms, good location

Very clean, lovely staff.

Should make it clear when booking which Airport it’s located next to. The restaurant opening times should also be made clear.

Receptionist was helpful, parking is relevant, quite hotel

They take 100 Euro as a pre-authorisation in addition to booking charge, they promised to return back after check-out immediately but it did not return back.I don't know, why????? All the time I reserve from booking either I pay in advance or in property, no one requested such request before.

A few companies deliver food with Uber Eats to the location. There are a few places to eat nearby. It was calm and very quiet during the night despite the airport. There was a family with a toddler just next door and the child cried in the evening, but we barely heard them.

The toilet didn't flash well. For this price I expect that the toilet and the shower work properly. There was no towel for the child.
