No keys or cards were needed, access to the room was via a code. The room temperature and beds were comfortable. The elevator was fast and reliable. Overall, it’s good value for the price.

During check-in, I was asked for my credit card details to cover potential room damages, which felt unnecessary. I was booking a room for three people, not renting a villa for a large group.As for breakfast, there were no nearby alternatives around the hotel, so it may be worth having it if needed. The price was around €12. However, I was scolded by an employee for not pre-booking breakfast the day before, even though I was paying for it on the spot, which I found surprising: a business complaining about paying them. Regarding the room, we were only provided with three bath towels for three guests. It was expected to have at least one extra towel, for example for drying hands.

Quiet area, clean rooms, cheap price. Substantial buffet breakfast including omelette and fried bacon. Eurexpo is 16 minutes of walk away.

Industrial area, a car is useful here.

Good breakfast; the room was tidy and fresh; friendly and helpful stuff. The coffee machine in the reception was very useful: it was wonderful to have fresh coffee readily available and it added a touch of comfort to the place.

The vending machine is convenient, but a greater variety of choices, such as more healthy snacks and essential personal care items, would greatly improve the guest experience.

I was on a Company paid stay, my place if work is right across the hotel. A good restaurant/ bar is 2 building away. So, for my business trip it was a good place.

The staffs are not so pleasant. Nothing to complaint, they did nothing wrong actually. But I can see they are not kind of welcoming, pleasant persons. About room services I don't have to ask anything, will be already available and the room cleaned every day. However, if you are on a leisure trip, without a car, this place is 40Euro taxi away from. Lyon City. They don't have wardrobes in rooms.

The staff were helpful & the property was good value. The room was clean & tidy and we had no complaints

The check in process after the reception hours, on a computer with a program from the 80's, not so smooth, but that is not so important, when you finally get to your room you know that you have made a good choice.

everything is terrible. it's the worst hotel I have lived. the reception is terrible.they charge me 80Euro as deposit, I never face to this. Room was clean and well equipped. Walking distance to the fair grounds. Didn't have breakfast.

Very isolated area. Didn't have contact with any person working for the hotel at all.

Location was good for those attending the Eurexpo (20 minute walk)

Hotel located in an industrial estate, with a limited number of places to eat or drink.

One blancet for double bed. I stayd wuth my son and this is not comfortable. The rest was ok!

Quite, comfortable bed & staff cooperation

Not a great deal. We have used B & B hotels in the past but we have never stayed in one with only breakfast and vending machines available

Its transport links into the centre of Lyon were non existent without a car. Not a great choice of restaurants within walking distance
