Guests come second to "procedures"

Most things about this hotel are Good:- Rooms, Staff, location. However it dramatically fails on overall score because of its ludicrous strict adherence to some procedures to the detriment of hotel guests. Breakfast ends at 10:00. I arrived at 9:59 and was told breakfast was over, despite all foods still laid out and tables ready for guests. But they would make a concession and allow me to gather my breakfast and eat in the lobby! Preposterous, humiliating and demeaning to me. See picture to see how pathetic this is. It takes me 20 to 30 minutes to have myBreakfast. What would happen if I arrived at 9:45. Would they have forced me into the lobby at 10:00. Second nonsense was not being allowed to use the outdoor seating area to have a coffee during the day because it was only accessible during meal times! Imagine a beautiful sunny day only being able to have a coffee and smoke standing outside the hotel entrance when there is a lovely seating terrace right beside you that your not allowed sit in, nor order and have a coffee, from. Complaints to management received a respectful "its procedures Monsieur". But they did give me that breakfast free and allowed a late check out till 14:00 - which I am grateful for. Sorry it has to be the lowest score because everything else was good and the staff respectful. However these issues do warrant attention.

breakfast is quite basic and dishes and glasses are not very clean.

Some parts of the Suite were very stained and old.

The breakfast was pretty good.

No one told us that we had one free hour of spa time, so we didn’t get to take advantage of this feature. The hotel staff were not good at all about providing advice for transport to the Groupama Stadium or for food options in the area. It was disappointing. The rooms also look MUCH better in the photos than in reality. The opening times for the hotel bar and restaurant are very limited.

We were travelling to Dijon and wanted an overnight stay. The hotel is very modern and the room and the bed were comfortable. The staff were very friendly and the lobby with the bar is very nice to relax and have a drink. There is also a coffee machine in the lobby. There is onsite free parking. The breakfast provided an excellent choice. Enjoyed our stay very much.

The property is relatively close to the airport and the breakfast was good. room was comfortable and clean.

We booked at this hotel as it was close to the Groupama stadium where the Rolling Stones were playing. All of the staff were extremely helpful.

Our room, a suite, had stains on the carpet and the wall, and the couch was worn and dirty looking. The hairdryer in the bathroom would work for 1 minute, then it would overheat and stop. The front desk sent a repairman who arrived very quickly but was unable to fix it. He also helped us to figure out the coffee machine that had a hidden start button.

location is pretty far away from the city but close to the airport, which is what we wanted

Reception staff were very welcoming, the room was modern and well equipped, with a comfortable bed.

The restaurant was prentiously overpriced, and the food was very ordinary.

The hotel was clean, quiet, well-designed and stylishly modern. I had an excellent meal in the brasserie, and all of the staff were both polite and helpful.
