B&B HOTEL Lyon Eurexpo Bron

The staff was exceptional - kind and very helpful.

The air conditioning was fine not great. Rooms were small but nice.

The staff were friendly you could get a late beer and a bite to eat and it was close to the convention centre I was forced to pick an item up from.

Didn’t find anything to dislike.

Pretty nice area, lots of parking space, lobby was great to hang out and work from.

the heating wasn't working. staff said they can look for a electric heater but never provided.

A budget hotel with a very good value for money. It was previously an Ibis hotel now under a new logo. All equipment in very good shape and clean. Very kind staff. Great for an overnight on a long car journey as close to the inner ring and motorway.

Breakfast offered a basically good choice but several things didn’t taste fresh. A small minus.

Quick in and out from the highway as we traveled through france to Spain. Great breakfast

Good value for the price. So nothing to complain

The room was fine for the price. Fairly clean and decent size (in its category). Staff were accommodating and friendly.

Not a great location. The hotel doesn't serve breakfast and there isn't really anywhere to eat it in the area (except other hotels) - the shopping centre is disappointing.

staff friendly, very clean lovely shower

no coffee or tea making facilities in room, bed rather hard, would of liked more than one pillow.

Nice staff. Good breakfast. Easy to find location off highway and straight drive into city. Not far from large grocery store.

Room size a litle small. Only 1 bus stop nearby. Need to drive a little to get to more frequent public transportation. No refrigerator in room.

Brekfast was good compared to the price.

It was far from Lyon centre and transportation is difficult due to rare buses and far other means (15 min walk).

Cleanliness of bed sheets, very comfortable bed. Quiet - good quality sleep.

Very small room, a bit outdated.

During my travel in France, I had a disaster experience with BRT hotel Bordeaux Airport, a lesson that cost me $90. Friends were staying at B&B HOTEL Lyon Eurexpo Bron and recommended we stay at same place. I booked a room still hesitant because I did not know much about the chain, and I did not want similar experience to BRIT. I walked in with my phone camera turned on to record any incident that may arise. I was totally taken back by the reception area: clean and makes you feel comfortable. The staff had a friendly genuine smile and enquired about our trip, and he informed us that though we arrived early they have a room ready for us. The room was clean the bed comfortable, bathroom well laid out. Upon asking we got extra towels and pillows in a Jiffy. Hotel has ample of free parking. Highly recommended place

The bar closes at 11pm.

Parking available at the facility

The amenities in the room are missing, towels are missing, there are no slippers, there is nothing in the room where you can drink tea or coffee.

Comfortable, clean , quiet . Easy access to the city by tram which is only about 10 minutes walk.

parking free. staff very friendly

rented 2 rooms but far from each other wich meant our kids stayed away from us

Openspace dining room, peaceful environment.

A little bit far away from the public transportation.

Small, dark smelly and with no facilities - very poor hotel

A very decent and clean hotel. Best for the price. The reception was very hospitable.

Not enough space in the room but for the price it is good enough.

A/c, parking , 24 hrs reception

We enjoyed our stay and the hotel was very comfortable, staff helpful and friendly and the breakfast very good value and tasty. Thank you very much for making it possible to access our room early on arrival. The hotel information QR code was also very helpful .

Réception staff were very welcoming and helpful sorting out the room

Room was fairly cold and rather compact. Not great location for centre of town or airport. Approx 20 mins in either direction but suited our needs at the time.
