Air conditioning could've been better.

Hotel is pretty big. Large spaces, secured private parking, room not super large but comfortable. Large breakfast buffet.

In my room there was not heating controller so the room felt a bit cold (in January).

We came with our dog and were allocated a quiet, isolated room, which was perfect.The breakfast and staff very concerned for our comfort, which is very appreciated. The location next to motorways is making your stay comfortable. We highly recommend ?

Clean and good stop off location.

There was no dinner available on the day we stayed which made it awkward! The vending machine wasn’t working properly so we couldn’t even get a snack.

Room are old, ( only commonal area have been refurbished) staff is passive agressive and do not make you feel welcome at all ( barely speak English). They did even forget to ask me for payment and message me after we left. At Breakast they looks at us as if we were just waiting for us to leave. We stayed at an Ibis Budget in Reims where staff was great and they had water bottle filling station so I was expecting the same if not a bit better instead it was worse.

The staff was very polite, cleanliness at a high level.The location is very good, the center is not far from the hotel, there is a good restaurant.

Considering that it is now winter and it is cold, the room only had a small radiator, even though the room was small it was not warm, we asked the staff for an additional heater but there was none.

No frills, bar open rarely, machines did not work, not in a walkable location nor walkable to a rest

Price wasn’t bad, but still not worth it.

Carpet was dirty. Facilities did not correspond with the photos. Shower wasn’t good, there wasn’t enough pressure and the water temperature kept changing.

The car park was full, so we couldn't park in the gated area. However, the barrier, wasn't working either, so it wouldn't have been a safe parking anyway, which was one of the reasons we chose this place. The man on reception said he would keep an eye on our vehicle which was parked on the roadside, but I was slightly concerned as we couldn't empty our vehicle of all our belongings. The rooms were very hot, advertised as having air conditioning, but we couldn't control the temperature, it was perhaps a central system. We were given a fan which did make it more bearable.

Nice staff. Accessible by public transportation.

The only power outlet in the room was by the door. No outlets by the bed nor the desk. The room could use some renovation.

Not entirely satisfied with the accommodation.

Initially booked 2 rooms, both with a double and single, but was given only 2 rooms with a double bed. Not what I booked or payed for. Did not want to make an issue as the hotel was busy and no other rooms available.

The staff were all really friendly, helpful and professional.

The rooms need renovating. Booking.com suggested an upgrade (for additional money) however the hotel only has one type of room so no upgrade would have been possible.

Would not stay there ever again.

The hotel is run down, dirty and mouldy.

Hotel is far from metro station, Room is too small, the curtain was pierced, the light in toilet flickerrd., there is not table and fridge in the room...

The hotel is right next to the big hospital complex. As that's the reason why I booked it, I give it top marks for location. However if you're going to visit the city or anything, that's definitely not the right place. Even finding food outside is tricky as you have to cross quite big roads and the choice is very limited.Another positive for people who come to see someone at the hospital, there is a vending machine selling ready meals + a microwave to heat it up. It was perfect for us as we ended up leaving the hospital past midnight on an empty stomach

Great location, friendly staff & very good breakfast

The staff were wonderful, very friendly, informative and always happy to help. The beds were also very comfortable.

The price of the ready meals in the vending machines. No large towels in room. The alcohol section at the bar.

We only slept one night, and we arrived very late, but the check-in staff was very attentive. Free Parking is an important benefit of this hotel.

Good for a night sleep for a decent price. Great with secure parking with cameras. The staff who checked us in when we arrived was very nice.

The rooms are very dated and uninspiring, but still clean
