Really friendly staff, clean room and excellent breakfast.

Noisy neigbours. Even wearing earblugs didn't help. There was only one restaurant nearby.

The Personnel was extremely helpful and kind. Ample choice in the breakfast menu

The rooms were small quite dusty and not so clean.

Close to main motorways, much cheaper than in city center. Comfy bed.

No noise from nearby motorways, but got woken up by noisy room service in the morning.

-The shower was clogged, and water was pooling -The shutters were not working, and sunlight was coming in, from very early in the morning

We enjoyed our stay. The staff were superb; the buffet breakfast was excellent with a wide choice. The hotel is in a quiet suburb of Lyon close to commercial interests. It's about 30-35 minutes away from the centre of Lyon by public transport which suited us well because we were happy to swap easy, safe, free parking in a quiet suburb against the pleasure of staying in the city centre. That won't suit everyone, of course. (There's a bus stop 1 minute walk from the hotel, or a tram stop about 10 minutes' walk away). It's also right next to motorway access, so easy to find (there was absolutely no noise issue).

When we stayed, the restaurant was closed over the weekend. There are other restaurants in easy walking distance but the choice is limited and TBH the hotel restaurant offers better food at slightly lower prices, so if it's open we would recommend the restaurant!The wifi seemed a bit fragile one evening, but It think that might just have been a temporary issue.

Small room and small bathroom, but everything that we needed was there. The breakfast was very nice especially for the price we paid. The staff was very friendly.

Small room. The location is not great, but this kind of hotel is more meant to stay at on the way I guess, not really to visit Lyon itself.

Accommodating staff that gave us a late checkout. Window shutters for complete blackout. Free parking. Reasonable price for what is offered.

Hotel is nice for the price (paid 60€ for the night) and I wouldn't pay more. Free and secured parking is nice. Reception staff is nice.

We arrived quite late, and the kitchen was about to close. But the staff were very accommodating and we had a delicious salad and a nice glass of wine. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. It was easily accessible by car from the main route.

The staff was very kind and careful. A very simple hotel with restaurant inside with reasonable cuisine at good price.The clime in the room was easy to control and the shower temperature and water pressure also.

I was expecting a better hotel. The prices are too high but this is normal in show period.

The price : you pay the location close to Eurexpo so it is 3 times more expensive than any other Kyriad

Nicely designed and great for one night stay. Breakfast was delicious ? and the staff very nice.

Very loud noises, felt like we were sleeping on the hallway with all people passing by us. Room was a little small also.
