Newer hotel, super clean, great amenities, staff super friendly and helpful.

Would have loved for there to be a minifridge in the room. Otherwise no complaints.

Great stay! The hotel is modern and really clean. Rooms are well-equipped and comfy, with everything you need. The location is super convenient, right next to the highway, with free and secure parking. Check-in was quick and easy, even late at night. The bed was comfortable, and they had a baby crib ready for us, which was a big plus. Also, it’s pet-friendly. All around, a great choice for a stopover or a longer stay in Rouen. Would definitely come back.

Very comfortable and clean. Staff were very good, friendly and helpful particularly the lady on reception who checked us in. Good place to break our journey. The food in the restaurant was fine too.

Not the easiest place to find.

Super hotel that provided a stop off on our drive down to Bordeaux. Lovely staff, large apartment with lots of space and great amenities. Unexpectedly luxurious. We will be using the hotel regularly.

Really poor quality restaurant. Spa and gym facilities need an overhaul. None of the electric car chargers worked - a key reason for choosing the hotel.

We liked everything about the hotel. We had wanted to be in the town centre but at the last moment chose to be out of town to get a good night's rest away from the noise. I'm glad we did and I would stay there again

Nothing to not like

Staff were very friendly and attentive. Rooms were very comfortable and very quiet.

After a 10 hour journey, we had hoped to have a gin and tonic after settling into our rooms and were very surprised that this was not available in the Bar Franglais. A gin cocktail is not the same and was not what we wanted or expected to be able to have. We would suggest that this needs reconsideration as it let down what was otherwise a very good experience.

Comfy bed, friendly staff, great shower / bathroom

The stuff is nice and helpful. There’s a sauna and a fitness room. There is a grocery store only a few minutes away. They have a free parking lot and enough space to park your car.

I loved the cosy atmosphere after long hours working. Everybody was really nice and helpful. The restaurant was really good! I loved the spa and the gym! I had a great time!

Nothing. Everything was perfect. The room could be a bit more spacious. But it was really good.

A convenient stop for the night to break up a drive. A quick couple of hours from Calais. The rooms are pleasant, the bed comfortable, and the hotel is dog friendly which makes it a good stop over for us.

Food in the bar is not great at all, think more of an English chain hotel, than a French restaurant. Will likely book again, but would consider eating out for evening meal. Breakfast is better, with a good range of options.

Modern hotel with pleasant bar and seating area, friendly reception staff, pets allowed and easy parking. The hotel is located outside of Rouen, but easy access if not visiting Rouen centre. Rooms are modern, spacious and clean. The restaurant served good selection of food; not perhaps fine dining, but OK after a long drive but with very helpful waiting staff, and a nice ambience sheltering from the rain outside!!!

The restaurant food was very poor. Expensive and not well cooked. Lots of things on the menu not available. Breakfast was okish. But not the evening meal.
